Clearing my name

A blond haired brown eyes man walked into the ministry. he was wearing dark amethyst purple robes he walked to the ministers officer and knocked on the door waiting patiently for a answer.

Gabrielle heard as someone knocked on the door.She was finishing with writing a letter so she put it aside "Come in it's open." she said with her sweet voice as she got up from her chair to stretch a bit.This minister job sure knew to get difficult sometimes.Ofcourse it was already difficult,but she was a kind of person that handled too many different situautions that right now she wasn't afreid of anything.

The blond man opened the door and walked in he closed it behind him he drew the elder wand and waved it in front of his face the polyjuice potion he used gave way to show a tired looking brown haired green eyed 16 year old vampire "Hello Madam minister before you raise the alarm just hear me out....i come here in peace" he said placing the elder wand back in his robes.

Gabrielle's eyes widely open as she saw who it was. She waved with her wand to close the door and walked over to lock them. "How did you der come over here?Do you realize that someone might have recognized you?" she asked not pointing wand at Ne'Os though she had it prepared in case of need. "And if i do listen to you will you surrender in case i consider it's necessary whether to save your skin or because i think you are guilty?" she asked carefully.

"my polyjuice potion is very strong i would not have been recognized" he said confident in his potion making skills "and im sorry to say no i wont surrender but i wont fight when im done i will take my potion and leave simple as that" he said. "First thing is first you do know i was wrongly accused for most of the crimes at my trial correct? i did not kill the aurors nor did i kill the german minister of magic while i did kill the students during the battle of hogwarts those were already cleared" he said ready to explain how he was caught by the minister in the first place.

Gabrielle looked with a rather suspicious look. "I don't support you going to Azkaban after all you are still just a child.Take these words as you would from your own mother.But as a law enforcer i can tell you it's going to be difficult to liberate you now because you escaped from Azkaban.And for clearing your name i would need to re-open your trial.If you are not present i am helpless on the matter.So tell me detailed what happened and i might consider it." she said as she sat down though she still had her wand by her side.

"as you may or may not know i was the leader of a half bread resistance movement against the confederacy. I had found out Dae was supporting the confederacy of light who was against us. I went to visit to tell him he had to stop and before i could say my full poistion he called a auror i was ambushed and then placed infront of the wizirding group what ever you call yourselves and sent to azkaban." he said "You know the rest from there i escaped and then well the hogwarts thing came up me Shacklebolt and one of the students raided the school trying to proot Vincent. You may or may not know that i was the robes figure in the entrence hall i was holding back no one died and the injurys if any were minor...sadly we failed." he said waiting for her response.

Gabrielle listened very carefully so she would know what measures to take. "Let's start from your worst accusation.The death of German minister.You said you were found over his body,but if you didn't kill him someone else had to.What excatly happened.Don't keep amything for yourself because if you want my help any small detail can help me." she said as she called for 2 cups of tea and gave one to Ne'Os so he would feel more relaxed when talking.

Ne'Os took a sip tasting for any oddities and then swallowed this had become a habit of his while he was in azkaban. "I was not in Germany when he was killed I was in london dealing with the resistance I know one of my silver daggers were found on his body but i had stopped using silver after my first run in with the confederacy. I lost one of my daggers that day i suspect that one of the confederacy had something to do with my frameing" he said.

Gabrielle listened once again with great intrest. "So for review sake Emof.Liberating you from Confederacy and Resistance accusasion is going to be easy because when i stopped the fight and the auror could support your version.The German minister is going to be a rather delicate matter.Do you have ANYONE that could testify you were here when it occured?And what else you were accused for?" she asked trying to remember what he said about Hogwarts.
