((Post=NOT LONG ENOUGH! I am now entitled to "god-mode" your *%# off. [lol, j/k]))
James continued to siphon off the crowd, as they milled about, seeking to escape. They churned like waves, water looking for holes to breach, ways to escape. Mindless, incapable of control. It disgusted him, and several souls from within his Alchemic Arm. As he saw the number dwindle down, he turned his attention to Matt and Scorpius. It seemed odd that Matt would attack Ne'os outright. Frankly, James' first guess would have been that they were working together. In fact, he was surprised to see Ne'os standing looking, as if to spite them all, bored. His function seemed to be to occupy the two in front of him...
It did not really strike James to think of Ne'os as the distraction. Ne'os caught a lot of attention. Add this to the fact that he had JUST escaped from Azkaban, and seemed totally sane. He would obviously seem like the bigger threat than Kingsley Shacklebolt. James had known of course that Shacklebolt would return. It was part of their plan. Alan had hinted at it on several occasions, he even sent James on that stupid quest to find Death. And while James never won Death's favor, he had at least become acquainted with Ne'os.
He whipped out the blade of his Alchemic Arm, and launched himself at Ne'os once again. With his agility, he could avoid many spells, and still get close enough to Ne'os to talk to him. He had made a large error- he had looked bored. The first sign that he was the distraction.
