Yes i want you as headmistress Jemma, but we may have to hold an election if anyone argues. And i want you active in both elements of the plot, as they're sort of intertwined with each other.

I really doubt anyone would oppose Jemma, she'd be a great Headmistress, and if she takes part in the battle then the secrets out and you can come to more meetings : D
