Dae is still minister, but he's inactive, really anoyone could run for the new Minister for Magic, but battle to take it over would be more fun. And Wilson is dead set against invading hogwarts, but i think it could make for an interesting plot. If we take the ministry by the next holidays then we should think about taking hogwarts in the holidays... Also, with the ministry we'd try and keep it largely the same, just put as many of our people in who are willing and elect a minister from among us, then function as two seperate organisation, except very, very close allies. I don't think the order should become the ministry

OK, perhaps you could convince Gabrielle to be an ally of the Order. Then both the order and the ministry could fight Majere.

Also, breaking news is Majere is allied with the DEs and is going to hand hogwarts to them. Maybe make the erradication of the DEs our first priority, as they're weak, but gaining strength? We really need to decide what's happening in what order.
Also, should we overthrow them or just ally the ministry?

As the DE's are in hiding, it will take a long time to eradicate them. Though its a rather good time, none of the order actually know that Vincents planning to do that. So why would they attack the DE's?

Perhaps overthrowing is better, as the ministry are still corrupt and might not listen to Gabrielle.

Expecially if Dae comes back.

That's why we need to act fast. We can't do hogwarts fast, i'd rather take it when it's isolated, keep it to the one fight. So as not to disrupt the students. I say we make Jemma headmistress, as Shackelbolt's gonna kill himself off, and is a douche

Well that wont happen for a while, as Vincents gonna hand Hogwarts to the DE's we'll let it stay like that for a while. It will be interesting.

Touche. Anyway, the way darren suggested we take was take the Ministry, as it's that full of crooks that allying with gabrielle would probably accomplish nothing other than alyying with the lady herself, not her ministry. So, we should take the ministry, at the same tim the DEs'll probably overrun hogwarts, in which case i suggest the professors in the order either quit, or immediately start an uprising.
So, how are we going to take the ministry?
