"Mrs. Malfoy is a member of the Wizengamot, and as such, I would think she would have full right to be here," Khaat said. "If you did not want a Death Eater in ministry meetings, you should not have appointed her to the Wizengamot. However, she has performed admirably in her Wizengamot duties and has given you no reason to remove her. So--tell us again why she should not be here." Khaat spoke up.

Vincent laughed as Khaat, quite expectedly, began to defend Narcissa. These two were really something. "You are right Khaat, she is a member of the ministry, and she does have the right to be here," Vincent said with a nod. "However, she does not have the right to insult a top ministry official. She does not have the right to threaten us, and she should not be disturbing the meeting if she has nothing useful to say. As she rarely doesn't, I must say I am surprised at why Miss Delacour invited her here in the first place."

"What point are you trying to make Lestrange?" Vincent asked calmly. "And please, sit down. "

"Im quite sure she did Lestrange, stop embarassing yourself," Vincent replied with a sigh. He rolled his eyes, the meeting was of everysingle ministry member, and Narcissa was, unfortunately, a member of the Wizengamot.

"Mr. Lestrange," Khaat said very quietly, "exactly what is your objection to a member of the Wizengamot attending a ministry meeting? It does not seem to me that this is your call. It seems to me it is up to Gabrielle whether or not she will allow permit a Wizengamot member to sit in. Death Eater or not, she is fully entitled to be here."

Lestranges. Narcissa thought bitterly. There always was something wrong with them. However, none of that mattered despite the child's obvious distress and confusion. Had he not been taught when and when not to speak? First it was highly rude and secondly it was quite insulting; not only to her but others as well.

"I did not threaten anyone if you think carefully, Vincent and remember rightly. I have as much right as any of you to be here and don't think for one moment I am going to leave. Death Eater or not I can still contribute to this session and unlike many of you it seems I have come here without prejudices so do not tell me to leave because of my personal views. If I can act like an adult then you should too. All of you.” she said, looking around, her eyes drifting over Vincent and Matt.

"Alright then, you can stay Malfoy. However, let me tell you about a rule here. And this is a basic rule in life by the way. A person, with a low rank, cannot and should not be insulting a person of a higher rank. They should not even be direspecting them, so if you want to stay here, remember this," Vincent said firmly. "And now, not that I believe we are all present, we should start this meeting." He said, waiting for Delacour.
