THE MATCH

Marco looped around his goal posts waiting for something exciting to happen; he kept close watch over the Slytherin chasers; those two were at it again, and he wasn't bout to let them get an easy score past him. He saw the bludger headed his way again, and he grinned. He timed it just right so that the black ball would soar past him and rebound off the lowest hoop and off in a direction away from him. She wouldn't be able to hit it back at him so easily this time. He took stock of where everyone was, and hoped his team could steal the quaffle and score first! He did a rollover while circling around the hoops again, knowing full well Selwyn and Scorpius were up to something.

"And they're in the air! Thorfin with the quaffle! To Malfoy! To Thorfin! Back to Malfoy! Malfoy shoots, LOOK OUT FOR THAT BLUDGER DUBHBRAON!" Keith shouted suddenly into the mike. He needn't have worried, as Marco managed to dodge the bludger and defend the goalpost simultaneously. "Nice work by the Ravenclaw keeper, I guess we can see why Whittle chose him for the team, can't we!" He laughed. "The beaters are getting really viscous now, particularly Slyhterin's...Anyway, Malenki has the quaffle, passes it, THORFIN INTERCEPTS!" He shouted, as cheering broke out throughout the stands, accompanied by several groans. "Thorfin to Malfoy! To Thorfin! To Malfoy! Those two look like they've been flying together since they were in diapers, look at them go!" He roared. "I don't know what's happening to Ravenclaw's chasers, but GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME YOU GUYS!"

Christabelle caught sight of her keepers, "COME ON GUYS!!!!! STOP SLEEPING ON YOUR BROOMS AND PLAY!" She yelled at them. There was only so much that Marco could do to keep himself safe. And what about her beaters. "Knight brothers you're supposed to keep those things from flying at him!" She shouted looking around for the Slytherin seeker to see how far away from them she was.

Jamie was in the air, zooming across the pitch, fallowing her eyes of her chasers. Exellerating the speed she shot back nearer her own keeper, about halfway up the pitch. This was an open zone.

Ami rolled her eyes at Marco when he dodged the bludger yet again, she sighed, still not letting it get her down, she looked around, the Ravenclaws were slacking, she laughed lightly to her self, until the bludger that Marco had dodged came after her, she flew down, and spun around, the bludger missed her by inches, when she turned around the bludger was coming back, she raised her bat and aimed it towards Jamie. Ami spotted Christabelle yelling at her team, she flew over to her, Hey cuz, what's wrong with your team? They're slacking something fierce! she chuckled under her breath.

Ne'os flew above the quditch pitch as another bludger zoomed his way. He swung at it with his bat sending it as fast as he possibley could send it at Marco. He hoped it owuld hit or atleast distract him enough to keep his team mates safe.

Marcfo saw the bludger Ne'os hit towards him, but his reaction time was off. This isn't going to be good! he thought to himself. To his good fortune the bludger hit his broom handle as he pulled up trying to get out of the way. To his misfortune it sent him spinning in an interesting loop which repeated itself twice before he righted the broom. He immediately looked for the Slytherin Chasers... they had to be trying to take advantage of his situation...

Both bludgers had been hit at the keeper, which was good, it left Marco distracted. Slytherin was really working as a team, while Ravenclaw... were not. Scorpius, who had the quaffle, threw the quaffle into the right hoop and scored.

Christabelle glanced over at Ami and sighed, "First game jitters." she said sighing again. It had to be what it was. She couldn't help but admire the moves that Marco had pulled out regardless of being unable to keep the quaffle from going in.

Ginevra really wasn't sure what was happening. One of the chasers seemed to be asleep, another was just starting to get into it and she liked to think that she wasn't just lazing about and doing nothing. She never did that- trying was something she had to do or else she felt like a failure. That feeling had never come through well either. Dodging the bludger that was thrown at her by going upside down, she turned upright and gestured towards Jamie to get to it. Since Slytherin had just recieved the first point, Ravenclaw now had the position. Quaffle in hand once more, she turned and this time speed straight forward, knowing that an immediate pass wasn't the way to go this time around. Eyeing where Jamie was, she passed once she was half way, dodging players that tried to block her.
