How your character got this ability:
Paige was able to talk to snakes since she was a sixth year, so it's still a bit new to her. She was in the forbidden forest and was almost attacked by a snake but she just started to speak this language and it understood and didn't attack. Mind you she was a slytherin and is now a DE.
As for meamorphmagus, Paige's father's grandfather had it in the blood and passed it on to two of his sons and two daughters of his out of six children and since Paige is going to be the one and only child of her dad, she has it in her blood. Of course, though she wouldn't use it for evil..Or would she?

Ability Desired: Non-verbal magic & Speaking with animals
How your character got this ability:
Nikki's spent alot of time in the library and lake, reading spells, memorizing them and remembering them without looking it up and use it with confidence.
Nikki spends a bit of time alone, and one day talked to animal but not really expecting to talk back, but one day Nikki was in the forbidden forest and saw a rabbit and started to talk to it, and the rabbit responded and Nikki understood.
