Varod got up and walked forward, Anti disappearing.
"You okay?" he asked, laying down beside her and kissing the back of her neck. "I know you wanted that, but was he a little too rough?"

She looked at him and laughed a little, "Why are you worried about me?" she asked looking at him through swollen eyes. She looked like she had the hell beaten out of her. "I'm not a porcelain doll you know."

"Yeah, but I don't know what I'd do without you! It's not that I think you're fragile, it's that I don't know your limits..." Varod said, rolling her towards him. "Don't you worry about me?" He put his forehead against her's.

"Not really." she said looking at him. "I can't protect you if I wanted to because you wouldn't let me." she said looking at him. She pulled away when he placed his forehead against her's hitting a spot that was actually starting to bruise up. "Sorry." she said looking at him.

"It's fine," Varod said, grabbing his wand. "Let me clean you up a little."
He waved his wand over her and cleaning up the bruises and cuts, so it only looked like she had a few scars-like she fell down a hill or something.
"Sorry, most would have been able to totally remove them, but it's good enough!" He smiled and wrapped his arms tightly around her. "I know you're not weak and all, but I feel better knowing you're completely safe."

She still looked pretty bad off. "Its fine. I should probably be going anyway." she said as she got up. "I don't know what came over me." she said a little confused as to what happened. She seemed like a completely different person than the one who had grabbed the knife. "I'm sorry for whatever it was I did." she said as she got up hurriedly and put on her clothes.

"Sounds like what happened with Anti, only yours takes you over," Varod said, standing up and hugging her tightly. "I'll be seeing you, then. Go help your mom. Then you gotta straddle me again when you get back!"
He was just teasing, but used a slightly seductive tone when saying it.

If I'm allowed to come back here. she thought frowning. Godric wouldn't let her out of his site when he caught sight of her once she got home. Neither would Marco she was sure of that. "We'll see." she said smiling sweetly.

Varod smiled and moved closer to her, kissing her cheek lightly. "See you later, then."
Kissing her neck, he held her hand as they walked to the door.
"Have a good day!"

"I still have to get my things." she said stopping by the coffee table and picking up her books placing them in the bag she had left. She had trouble picking up the heavy bag but eventually picked it up and placed it on her shoulder.
