"Oh." she said looking at him and then down a bit. "How come you didn't tell me?" she asked looking at him curiously. She didn't want to bring it up but then again she had a feeling with the reaction she got from what he had told her when she had even brought up the subject. "And what if it ends up that I don't have a choice?" she asked sitting up in the bed looking at him seriously. She knew how they could be. The ministry could say one thing and then end up doing another.

"I didn't tell you because i didn't think it about it. If it ends up not being your choice then i'll do everything i can to protect you." Oded said looking at her seriously.

"You and Delk are just the same." she said rubbing her temples. "You both try to keep me safe but you can't always do that!" She seemed frustrated, "I'm always going to try to do something wreckless and eventually I'm going to get hurt because no one is going to be there to stop me and you know it."

"Fine." she said defeated as well. "If I have to I'll give that up if it'll make you happy." She was frowning looking like she was about to cry but she did her best to hide it making it out like she was more upset at she fact that she upset him than her actually giving up her dream of following in her father's footsteps.

Oded pulled her into his arms holding her close kissing her head but not saying anything.

She sighed as tears quietly started to trail down her cheeks. She wouldn't let him know it was because they had fought. She didn't want to make him more upset than she had and she already felt bad about bringing it up to begin with. She laid her head on his chest and wiped her eyes not speaking but holding on to him tightly.
