Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Noah grinned. "Gotcha," He said, heading into the air. He had never practiced Quidditch much but knew the rules and technical strategies like a pro, having worked at the Quidditch shop for a while. It took him a moment to get orientated, as the brooms he had tested out at the shop had been of a lot better quality than this. He finally managed to get himself steadied in the air and did a few tricks, trying out the handling on the broom. It was horrible, but his cleensweep would be here soon....

"If only Zoe was here.Keeper is not my stronger side." muttered Mariana under her breath before she mounted her broom as it was necessary. She took a qwaffle and threw it to Noah. "Here is your Qwaffle coming." she said with a sign to Noah to catch it.

Noah tossed the quaffle a bounced it up and down in his hand for a bit before tucking it in the crook of his arm. He waited until Mariana was in the goal area and flew towards her, lying flat on the broom. He faked towards the left goalpost, stumbled a bit, and shot towards the right goalpost. As soon as Mariana shifted to the right, he threw the quaffle towards the middle goalpost.

Mariana who was in the zone of the left goal ring turned right to see the Qwaffle flying towards the middle ring. She hardly cought it as she saw what she wanted. "You point good! Let's try it a couple of more times." she said throwing him the qwaffle again.

Noah grinned, heartened by his success. He grabbed the quaffle, the sticking charm allowing him to grip it with one hand, and began climbing rapidly. When he was at a good enough height he angled downwards towards the goal, rolling once and swerving sharply to the left before shooting at the left goalhoop.

Mariana was a bit slow so in time she caught a qwaffe she was hanging over her broom.Keeper was her worst side. With a simple move she climbed back on the broomstick. "One thing is sure.It won't be so easy like with me with a keeper of the opponent team." she said catching her breath. "Let's see how quick you are.Go for it." she said throwing the qwaffle in the opposite direction of Noah waiting to see what will he do.
