ne'os broke through the restraints wit his dagger moved across the office and drew the wand in one move "in order to help the order and the ministry from you know who's return i must have this wand." he said "i do not want to have to use this against you"

"Your not helping anyone don't you see that, and having that wand wont protect you from Volbmort he still found a way to kill Harry potter don't you see all good that can come from that wand is a misconception." Dae said as he tightened his grip on his own wand. Dae quickly mad the seal that kept words in into a seal to keep people in and other out Dae would not let the wand leave this room unless he had it in his hand and was going to destroy it.

ne'os sighed "you only think of this wand as evil i know better than you on this one" he said smelling the spell Dae had just activated "that spell is sueless you need to be concious to use it am i right?" he asked.

"That is true, but if you think you can knock me unconisenace than you are gravely mistaken only one dueler has beaten me, and if my records are correct he has beaten you as well. Your wand might be special, but i made mine making it grant me more control of it than any other person can achieve with their wand." Dae said as he prepared for the soon coming barrage he thought about summoning Aurors but that would be pointless.

Dae used a mimic charm he learned in Australia nullifying the gust sent at him from Ne'os be trained as an auror he learned to read the expression made on peoples face as they casted magic. "Vampire were not created to assist death. They were a mistake, and if you want to calm down and destroy the wand i will tell you what really happened at your creation. I never will want that wand i just want it destroyed."

" Death doesn't need a hand you never had a divine will leading your kill you were always influenced by lust, and to be frank you are just now getting your becoming aware of everything you are one of the first of your race to be like this. I do not wish to fight you and i also to not see what you gain from having that. It is unnatural to the world." Dae said lowering his wand with the mindset to be prepared to use it.

"it is very natrul tool of this world and im not a divine person i was forced to become a hand of death though i hardly kill i simply live to learn and observe" he said placing his wand securly in his robes showing a small silver ball with spikes of wood and silver on it.

"It is not natrual it was created by a creature only meant to bring the end of lifes, and vampires are capable of so much more than just taking lifes that is why you must put it down, and cast it aside to destruction just like it has wrought." Dae said as he reached out for the wand ignoring the ball that Ne'os was holding.
