Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Nick was confused, for two reason's. First he was surprised that Sierra Myst was a Veela, she looked so original, usually one could see a veela a mile away. They were overly pretty, tall, had perfect white skin and long flowing blonde hair. The blonde hair was usually the main feature of a Veela, yet Sierra's hair was brown. The fact she was very diffrent was a bit of a turn on, she was unique, special. The second thing which confused him was her comment about it being hard to get a boyfriend as a Veela. All the Veela's he had met were neck deep in offer's from guy's. Perhaps it was the fact that it was difficult to tell whether or not someone wanted to date you for your personality or your looks? Nick hadn't considered that at first, perhaps thats what she had meant. Poor girl, guy's were like that, personalities were so over-rated, Nick was no diffrent, he went on looks.

He found himself almost gasping when he heard about the abuse she had been subjected too. A young girl like she shouldn't have to put up with that sort of stuff yet, teenage years were for fun, deffinetly not for that type of behaviour. Nick would have hugged her their not been a table between them, he cursed himself for taking the seat opposite her, he should have moved the second year seated next to her. It was a little odd that it had been a Hufflepuff that had done that, were they not supposed to be loyal and kind? Nick shrugged to himself, he made a mental note not to associate with the guys at the Hufflepuff table. He had been approached by loads of Hufflepuff girl's, they had seemed nice enough, though perhaps that was because Nick never rejected any of them. He had sort of accepted and embraced their advances, leaving them dangling on a string, which he would pull when he was bored, or lonely. Smiling he thanked her for her advice "I shall remember that one, though not all Hufflepuff's are like that Im sure, still that was terrible what he did too you. Who was it? Do you want me to introduce him to the Cruciatus Curse?" He gazed past Sierra towards the Hufflepuff's, wondering who it could have been. They all looked friendly and happy now, it was hard to spot a snake in the grass, they all looked the same to Nick.

His attention returned to Sierra, perhaps it was the look that had crossed her face at the mention of an unforgivable curse which made him hasten to add "I was kidding, though I could do something a little less illegal? Revenge is sweet after all?" He smiled widely, he was a loyal friend but a little over the top at times. He delibretly did not mention his love life as it was too complicated. Nick had a string of female admirers throughout the school, all amazing in their own right but none he would like to attach himself too. He sipped at some pumpkin juice, his eyes fixed on the table.

Sierra was a little taken aback when Nick looked surprised she was a veela. She knew Veelas were supposed to have blonde hair, but her mother had black, so did Sierra. She was a little alarmed when he mentioned Crucio, but was relieved when he said he would do something legal. "Well, revenge is sweet, but the guy was just upset to be rejected by a veela."
