Nick laughed as Sierra sent something his way, he loved silly little games like this. Picking the ring up in his hand he stared at it for a moment, he wasn't sure what the lock of hair was about but it was nice all the same. The colours were pretty thoughtfull too, green and silver, for Slytherin. The boy's sitting across the table from him smiled a smile which he returned. Alot of the Slytherin boys were envious of Nick, it wasn't just the good looks it was his magical ability. He had always been tipped for greatness by his teachers. Though his performance in non-practical classes was lacking to say the least his ability at the important subjects was unrivaled. Deciding that sending notes was silly, he rose to his feet and strided over to Sierra, so they could talk properly.
He took the seat opposite her as if it was nothing and smiled "How are the potatoes, nice flower by they way. Whoever made that must be pretty good at useless magic." He winked and helped himself to Ravenclaw's grapes. Popping one into his mouth and biting it with a crunch.
