What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. James walked up to the Owlery, to drop off his letter that he was sending home to his mom. He hadn't written to her in a while, and he sort of felt bad about it. He clipped the small envelope to his owl's leg and told him to bring it home to her as soon as possible, because she was probably worried. Though she had nothing to worry about, things had been great so far this year at Hogwarts, and even today especially had been a gone day. Nothing could ruin it...

Scorpius climbed up the stairs leading to the owlery, a letter clutched in his hands. It was early in the morning so scorpius doubted anyone would be at the owlery now. However, when he reache the owlery he saw there was someone there. Someone scorpius could recognize easily. "What are you doing here Potter?" Scorpius said with as much contempt he could put in his tone. Scorpius hated James Potter, and all the potter's actually. They thought just because their father was famous they owned everything.

James almost ran into Scorpius and it instantly put a cloud hanging over the entire day. He did not need this at all, but he wasn't going to just walk away and ignore him. He wanted to be like his father, and stand up for himself instead of shrinking away from the stupid Malfoys that thought they were the best wizarding family out there. "Well let's see..What do people usually do at owlerys..Oh that's right, mail letters!" he said with a bit of sarcasm in his voice. "It's not like you own this place."

Scorpius scowled at the sarcasm in James voice and purposefully bumped into him on his way towards his owl. Tying the letter to the owls leg, he told it where to go and watched as it flew away. Turning, he saw to his annoyance that James was still there. "Well? Leave already. Your mudblood pals will be waiting for you," he said, sneering.

"Oh come on, like you think that bothers me," he said. "I've learned that blood doesn't matter. I'm surprised you haven't. Still no change in the Malfoy family I suppose." he added.

And just to spite him, he leaned against the entrance way and crossed his arms and yawned lazily, like he wasn't going anywhere. He wasn't going to let Scorpius tell him what to do.

Scorpius narrowed his eyes as James just stood there and yawned, refusing to go anywhere. He was so arrogant. "Yeah I guess blood doesn't always matter," he agreed. "Theres a surprising lot of Purebloods who've turned out to be muggle lovers." Scorpius really had nothing too much against mudbloods. He thought of them as lower than purebloods, but he didn't hate them. Muggles on the other hand were scum to him.

"I don't really see the big deal anyway. It's not like they can help that they're only muggles. They were just not lucky enough to be a witch or wizard and be a part of our world," he said. "There is nothing wrong with them. And I'm pretty sure if they knew about our world they would say the same exact thing about your type."

"Its not that they're unlucky," Scorpius disagreed. "They were just too weak to handle magic. Too inferior." Growing up near Death Eaters had made Scorpius hate muggles, it was kind of hard when you grew up hearing storied about how greedy and jealous muggles were to not hate them. "People like you and your stupid dad disgrace the name of a wizard.." he added purposefully, to make James mad.

James sighed. How could he ever think Scorpius would ever be different? He really didn't want to be like this with this kid, he was better than that. He wanted to be able to do this for his dad that the old rivalry no longer existed, but the truth was it was. When things like that came out of his mouth, how could it not? "Yeah I guess the fact that my dad was the most famous wizard in history and that he was the strongest, and most well respected wizard out there in history, definately made him a disgrace. And the Malfoy's are so awesome then?" he asked.

Scorpius didn't want to have a rivalry with James or anything but how could he be friends with him when James was so arrogant. It was the same with all potters. Just because there dad was famous they thought they could go strutting around the castle. "Most well respected?" Scorpius repeated rolling his eyes - he had never really liked Harry Potter. "Really, I don't think having your head cut open would make you very special and respected."
