"No you don't have to leave. Please stay. Its ok. I would rather you stay with us and be down then be alone." Zoe said standing up pretty fast. She really didn't want Mari to leave. She hated seeing her like this.

ordering another cup of butter beer jess sat and watched the students talk her mind drifting back to when she was a student at hogwarts and the fun time they had and adventures she'd had exploring and practising her magic.

Zoe turned her attention back to the professor. For a moment she had forgotten she was there. "I am so sorry Jess. We have left you out of the conversation. I am sorry."

Zoe stood watching Mari as she left. SHe couldn't help but feel bad now. "Well that didn't go so well." Zoe said finally. She turned back to the table and sat down. But moments passed before Zoe spoke again. "Maybe I need to go check on her. I don't like the way she was acting when she left."

jess sighed , left alone again surely she was use to it by now but each time it hurt her when they ignored her and left , sighing she looked into her cup she couldn't help but let a tear fall. Had she made the right decision coming back or maybe she should have just stayed away, she had made a fool of her self at the first dance she had been invited to now ignored her heart felt heavy inside and now left alone.

Zoe decided to sit back down. She would make sure that she checked in on Mari when she got back to school. "Hey, I'm not leaving. I am going to stay for a little while longer if that is ok."

jess looked up at her "what about your friend?" she asked wiping the tear from her face "don't you want to check she's ok? sure if you want I don't know what kind of company i will be after making such a fool of my self last night" she sighed and sipped her coffee inwardly pleased Zoe didn't leave.
