"Expelliamus!" Andrian shouted but the spell threw him over toward the statues causing him to grunt with pain but he was lucky enough to stop the killing curse from killing him but he fell down and coughed out a little blood and gasped for air, "You'll have to do better then that to take me down" he held himself steadily with his not half cutted arm as he looked at him grunting with pain as he pushed himself up and pointed he wand at him.

"Surrender and I'll spare them all. Fight me, and I won't" Voldemort said to him before turning to Andrian. "Kill him!" he yelled at his Death Eaters.

James looked over his shoulder and saw Andrian. "Fine." He finally said, giving in. "Just don't kill anyone," He told voldemort as he climbed to his feet

Andrian rolled to his side and stayed on the ground until the shooting has creased as he crawled his way to safety then apparated in the middle of the death eaters crowds, "Protego. Bombarda Maximus!" he shielded himself and pointed the roof and made them fall on top of the death eaters and he apparated back breaking more walls and doors down.

Voldemort laughed, he had won the ministry over. "See, no need for bloodshed." he whispered. Now turning his full attention to the only fighter left, he flew over to him. "Your like your father, fighting when the battle is clearly lost." Flying back as the cieling suddenly fell, he drew his wand again. "Avada Kedavra! Crucio! Kill him!"

Andrian dodged the killing curse but on the side of his arm the criciatus curse hitted him causing him to scream with agonizing pain and he fell down on his knees and struggled to get frees, "Roland.." he managed to screamed out and he grunted with pain his jaws was clentch and his muscle tightened he saw Death Eaters pointing his wand at him and ready shots the killing curse at him but most of them a missed him by an inche or so close to him so he got onto his feet effortly and did the same spell on the frontline of the death Eaters and squashing them then fell down as the pain became more agonizing.
