Looking around, it seemed Danny was sure she didn't hurt him and she was glad of that. She wouldn't intentionally step on anyone's foot. Well, unless it was someone like Darren who made crude remarks, then maybe she just might. " Thanks for what? " she asked, confused. She was a slow one at times, even if she was a Ravenclaw.

"Nothing," he smiled as he continued to dance. (After a minute the pain in his toe was gone for good. He sighed a bit happy that he didn't feel numb in the foot or something. That would have been VERY bad.)

Since Ginevra was pretty thin and her shoes were converses, any damage to his foot would be odd because she'd barley stepped on it. Still aware that she did, she tried to take Darren's advice. The last dance he had told her to distract her mind and when she had, she didn't step on him. Trying as hard as she could, now she was only wondering where he was but since she was dancing with Danny she'd wait until the song was done, as she hadn't seen him in awhile and she wasn't minding dancing.

(After the next 5 minutes the song was over and everyone went back towards the others on hte sidelines and waited for the next song. As Danny walked back towards the others near the punch bar with Gin he looked at her.) "You were really good," he said excluding the part with her stepping on his toe. (He didn't want to mention that.) "Want some punch?"

Ginevra liked that Danny didn't bring up her stepping on his toe again, she wasn't really wanting to think how clumsy she was at the moment. " Sure. " she spoke up with a nod. The dance had acutally gone by fast because her mind was distracted by so many things at once.

(Danny went over to the punch bowl and got two cups. He poured some punch into the cups and went back over to Gin. He handed her one cup and toke a sip out of his.) "Everything going well?" he asked relating to how things were going in life so far.

Taking the drink Danny handed her, she thanks him and took a sip, swallowing before answering. " It's not the best, but it's not going to get any better. " she replied, shrugging once again and hiding a frown quite well. Only Darren could see past that. " How about with yours? "

Darren watched Gin and Danny dance with a jealous and annoyed expression, obviously Gin hadn't realized he was even there. Rolling his eyes, he greeted Mari and Jess then searched for something fun to do. Sighing, he just sat down and continued watching Gin and Danny.

Jess smiled and gave Mari another hug and a kiss on the cheek. "You're looking good," he commented, wrapping his arm around her waist and walking onto the dance floor. "Shall we dance?" He asked, smiling
