(Danny looked away from Darren. The last time he talked to him at a formal gathering, it ended horribly and it was one for the books. He tried his best to talk to his other friends regardless that Darren might still see him.)

Jess smiled as he walked into the hall, wearing a white tux. He looked around and saw the hall was nearly empty, which was increasingly common these days. Hogwarts had once been a very active, lively place, but now... Now it was just a bit of a dump.
As he scanned the room, looking for familiar faces, he caught site of Darren, Danny, and Nikki. "Hey guys," he said to them as cheerily as he could. "How's it going for you lot? Having fun yet? By the way, i love your Dress Nikki. And your tuxs look nice," he added, patting them all on the back

"This dance is going to be great" Nikki said and this time with sarcasm which she never thought she'd ever do. She rolled her eyes and then smiled. "Thanks Darren and Jess" Nikki thanked them for their compliment on her outfit. "Nice white tux, unique" Nikki told Jess.

Darren scowled at Danny. Was there any point in being hostile so early? He was just gonna ruin the dance like that. "Hey Jess," he said , glad someone else had come.

Nikki sighed. She was bored. She was meant to be going to the Valentine's day dance with Andrian as he had asked her and of course, she accepted. She hoped he would not bail on her. She sat down in her seat again and drank a bit of punch. She put of a disgusted face and put the punch to the side. "Bleaugh" Nikki said.

Andrian walked in the hall with a white plain v collor t-shirt, plain black vest with a front pocket which looked like it was for formal which it was and a dark blue jeans with a hint of creamy yellow on it and a white shoes on, "I know what your going to ask. What the dimwitted git doing here" he held up his hand incase they tried to ask him that question then he looked away, "Seriously i don't know so don't ask" he let out his own favorite crookedly smile to him.

Mariana has finally chosen what to wear for Valentine's dance and climbed up from the dungeons towards the great hall.Not many people have arrived yet,but she hoped this dance will be more fun than the last one.

Jess had sort of zoned out, so he missed Andrian's arrival. You see, he'd just seen something rather stunning walk into the hall, and suddenly. The world didn't matter, all that mattered was making sure this... thing, who was much too beautiful to be human, happy, and no matter what he was going to do it. Without a word, he walked off from the others, thinking they seemed rather unimportant now. When he reached her, he realised, to his delite, that this was Mari. "Wow," was all he said, not being physically capable of anything else
