Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. "Good. Let's get rid of that bastard for awhile," Edward said, glad to hear James was contained. He turned his attention back to the pack. "They're looking for James. You're forgetting how pack law now works in your favor. Remember James is the pack leader. If you can show you defeated him, pack law makes it yours, Jack. If you take control of the pack, you can dissolve the pack, make the individual werewolves disperse and forbid any of them from coming back here ever again. If I were you, I would haul his furry ass out here, stake your claim and stop all this madness."

Mira had gotten two werewolves earlier with her pistol, but now she saw one of the wolves sneaking up on her while she was trying to put a new clip in her gun. She picked up a downed tree limb and walloped him with it. He fell like a stone.

"Whoo!" she was excited. "Mira, three; Monster's, Zip!"

"Nicely done, Lass," Edward laughed. "Big one at your 10." She turned and saw the werewolf Edward was warning her about, and she lobbed a rock at him and struck him in the head.

"Not anymore," she grinned.

"This lass has promise with more training," Edward told Jack. "She'd be worth your energies."

Jack moved abck to the house taking out his boot knife he sliced James placing his hand in the blood he then walked abck out and stood for amoment " Alphas is dead, I am Alpha, Pack law!!" he shouted and held up his hand with James blood on it to let the scent drift around the grounds " leave or die!" he called out watching as the younger stood and sniffed the air.

He walked over to Edward and stood next to him. " give me your hand" he said holding out his hand to Edward " I give Alpha to Edward " he placed his hand in Edwards presing the blood onto his palm. " hold it up." he told him " Edward is Alpha, do as he says." Jack took out a swie and cleaned his hand " hes in the kitchen out cold and still alive " Jack told him softly so only he'd hear. " but they don't know that." he smirked and turned back. " if they have brains they will leave if not...well you know what to do."

Edward considered his options for a moment, and then he had what he thought was a better idea for a longer term peace for himself, but more importantly for these young werewolves.

"I feel for them. Their only crime is that they believed James' lies. They don't deserve the tragedy that happened here over the last two nights," Edward said.

"Jack, I have an idea. :et's make sure that James can't come back and re-claim any of them. Let's stack the deck a little. What would you say about going to Fenrir and bringing him here and giving him all of these werewolves to add to his pack. He can care for them and he will teach them to not align themselves with James. He'll teach them how to stay away from humans. That's the best that we can hope for, for them. And Fenrir will appreciate the gesture.

"Plus, that will keep them from this property ever again. Maybe if you take James' blood with you, just like that, on your hand, it will be proof we have James in custody. Tell him he can bring pack members to help with porting them to their new home. What do you think?"

Fenrir came through the trees, dressed a little warmer tonight because the trees generally kept out the summer sun, and it made it colder in the deep woods at night. He had the same dark duster coat that he had had during the second war, but nowadays it looked more threadbare and old. Still, it seemed to service him well.

"So, tell me how this happened," Fenrir said, wanting to know how it had come about that there were new werewolves and that Lupin's people weren't just blindly killing them. They were going to give them to him. He sat down on a log opposite Jack and he listened.

"James has gotten entirely out of hand. The fact that you're willing to let him live instead of just killing him speaks well for you and well for Lupin. Lupin has more than sufficient justification even by our laws, to want to kill me and James both. But, clearly he hasn't seen fit to do that. Donohue has always had a reputation, even in our kind, of leaving most werewolves alone. He has always only eliminated those who present a significant threat to his kind. If I were a younger man, I would not trust any of you any farther than I could spit you.

"However," he said. "seeing that Lupin's pack does not follow typical human behavior, I could be persuaded to take a chance to come with you. So, let me just get this straight. You had a battle with James and this new pack while they were under his control, and you have dead werewolves on the ground. But, no additional deaths since you captured James, correct?" He was trying to get straight about the fact that he would expect to see dead werewolves."

"And I can bring a pack member with me? Alright, we'll travel with you." He whistled and got a sturdy younger male werewolf that responded to the whistle, while a third stood off in the shadows. "You're with me," he told the one. Then he looked at the one in the shadows. "If I do not return, move the pack to the alternate location." The one in the shadows nodded.

"We're ready," Fenrir told Jack, as Fenrir's traveling companion moved to stand beside Fenrir.

Jack sw Fenrir move and sit infront of him he began to tell him all that happened then listened as he recounted it back then added some " well im grateful your not your younger self." Jack then nodded once he'd stopped " yep thats exactly but James is going to Askaban prison" He watched as a younger man stepped out and moved to Fenrir.

Standing up he nodded to him " if your ready i'll port us to where they are, oh and it was Edwrads idea to bring you to take them." Jack pointed out before taking hold of both of them and porting them to the garden outside Edwards house. " Edward were here." he said and glanced to where the remaining weres cowered.

Fenrir was a little surprised to find himself in Edward Donohue's backyard.

"This is your's, Donohue?" Fenrir asked.

"I have a very large family," Edward said.

"You live better than I expected," Fenrir said. "This was bought by killing my kind?"

"No, not entirely. I've made my money in a lot of ways. What bounty I got could not have nearly paid for anything like this," Edward said. "Thank you for coming. These young ones--they were gullible and they believed what James told them. They do not deserve to die because of it, though. With you, they have a chance at life. With James, he will continue to use them as soldiers and they will die. Please take them into your pack."

"Why would you trust me?"

"Because you have kept your word with me."

"Fair enough. Who has pack authority now?"

"I do," Edward said. Fenrir scoffed disapprovingly. Edward understood. A human should not want to run a werewolf pack. That was fine by Edward. Edward didn't want it.

"And you'll release them all to me?"

"Absolutely."

"Then do so," Fenrir said. Edward stood and faced the pack.

"I am sorry so many of you died tonight because of a dishonest leader. You deserve a chance to live in peace. This is Fenrir Greyback. He is a werewolf of great strength and knowledge. He has a fine pack, and he lives in peace. He has agreed to add each of you to his pack so that you will not be used by anyone like James ever again. I relinquish any and all control of this pack to Fenrir Greyback for him to bond this pack with his pack."

"And I accept this pack as my own," Fenrir said. "You will all now follow me. It has been a long night, and I am sure you're all tired. Follow me to your new home." Fenrir looked at Jack. I will need help to transport them all."

"Jack," Edward said. "I suggest we all go, with the exception of Khaat and Marcus, Mira, and Robert, since Robert hasn't come around yet and since Mira is underage and supposedly not allowed to do magic out of Hogwarts. If we all take several with us, we can port them to the forest in one trip. While you were gone, Khaat had a thought. If its alright with you, she said she would contact Owens and have a Paris crew come and take care of this estate tonight and the cleanup so we could finally go home. Personally, I really do want to check on Angus and get a hot shower and a warm bed before the sun rises."

Jack watched Fenrir with Edward and him take the pack. He walked over and nodded " sure sounds a good plan, we can port the younguns to the clearing and Fenrir can take it from there." he said motoning to several of the young ones to move closer to them. He took hold of their hands and joined them then took hold of on to port out " see you there." he said and left.

Jack arrived and let go of the young ones letting them gather in a group. He waited for Fenrir but he alread saw several of fenrir's pack gathering on the edge. som meandered over and sniffed them. He moved back to let them. Porting abck he looked at Edward " okay, first groups with your pack Fenrir." he took a second group leaving Edward with Fenrir the young one he'd brought and himself to port over.

While Jack was gone, Khaat used the floo to contact Owens in Paris and explained the situation. He immediately agreed to send a detail to secure the estate and to take care of the dead werewolves. He promised he was on his way with a few men but more would arrive within the next twenty minutes or so. Owen's promised to hand deliver James to the aurors at the Ministry so that Jack and Edward would not have to do it

Khaat had not tried to bring Robert around, but she had put some healing spells into place to try to resolve the problem in a healthier way. She was still concerned for him, though. Once Owens arrived, there really was no purpose in them staying, and Marcus believed the priority had to be on getting Robert home to Nigel for some good care. Owens promised to explain to Jack if he returned here, but he saw no real need for Jack to come back here tonight. Marcus and Khaat got Robert's limp form upright and, with Marcus on one side and Khaat on the other, they ported Robert straight home to the farm.

Fenrir briefly explained that there were new pack members arriving and that they would need everything. Several of Fenrir's established pack members came forward and gathered the new members underwing and took them deeper into the woods and disappeared with them. By all Edward knew, it looked good. It looked very good indeed.

Edward and the others who had brought pack members turned over the new pack members a bunch at a time until Fenrir's people had gathered them all. Fenrir's pack members seemed to actually be quite happy to get more pack members.

"They will be well cared for," Edward told Jack. "We keep doing things like this with Fenrir, and we will gain a reputation of being benevolent to magical creatures of all kinds. And James will end up being hated by every werewolf everywhere. He'll be ostracized by his own kind." They watched the last of the pack disappear into the woods, and Edward looked at Jack and the others. "Let's go home, shall we? I hope someone has the kettle on."

Jack watched Edward and the others from the pack take the young ones away he breathed out " I know they will be treat well, better than I was at their age" he said he chuckled at Edwards mention of tea and nodded " oh I could use some hot sweet tea." he said " all this fighting has given me an apatite" he said chuckaling as he patted his stomach. " but we should check on Angus and the others." Moving to Edward he placed his hand on his shoulder and smiled " you doing the honers or am I" he asked

Ruby had sat Angus down and headed to the kitchen to put teh kettle on for some tea. She had noted how he was quiet too quiet but stayed with him becuse of concern she also knew Edward could help him once they were back. Making a pot she pored two cups of sweet tea and walked over to him " I made you some tea." she said and sat down next to him to wait for the others.
