Jess frowned and tried the same spell again, but was too late as the snake lunged forward and bit him on the arm, causing him to drop his wand, and fall to the ground where the snake started to repeatedly bite him

Darren smirked and let the snake attack Jess again and again. Trying too walk towards Jess he fell down in the effort, the pain in his leg was too much. Hissing to the snake again, he made it stop quickly. "Guess that counts as a draw.." he muttered, still wincing from the pain.

Jess really couldn't say anything, literally, he couldn't. The snake'd bitten him on the lips, and he'd lost feeling in them. So, he just nodded a little wincing with the pain.

Darren muttered episkey, to his bitten leg. It didn't get fully repaired but enough to walk. "Or maybe I win," he said with a laugh as he went to pick up his Jess' wand.

Jess shook his head and coughed up a bit of blood. "We both disarmed each other," he muttered, feeling a bit better.

Darren waved Jess' wand and muttered "Accio wand" bringing his wand back to him. "We did? I don't remember that part.." he lied, chuckling as he pointed both wands at Jess.

"Sectusempra" Darrren muttered boredly, flicking his wand at Jess' leg. He wasn't gonna lose a duel - he had never lost after all.

Darren laughed at his stupid attempt. "You don't even have a wand!" he said, rolling his eyes. He thin hissed in parseltongue at the snake again. "Attack"
