Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Zoe looked around at the class. Her eyes fell on Davina. Zoe didnt like the look that Davina was giving her. What in the world had she done to deserve that. Zoe stared back for a few moments than looked away. She had no idea what her problem was either.

"That is correct Miss Weasley. Now would you like to give a demonstration?" Adaleen smiled, "Mr. Black, Considering we have a small class today, I will not take points away, but next time you wont be so lucky!"

Zoe looked at the Professor. She hadn't tried this spell in a while. She wasn't sure how well she could do it. "Uhm, Sure." Zoe said. She stood up. "Exactly who or what am I shielding from?" Zoe asked the professor as she said "Protego."

Jazz sat in his seat. He nodded at the professor. He would try and not be late again. But he knew better than to make promises. He watched Zoe as she preform the spell.

Zoe tried to focus on the shield. She hoped that she was doing it right. She turned to look back at the professor waiting for a comment of any kind.

Jazz sat watching. Just like the rest of the class. Zoe was doing good.

Zoe contined the sheild looking at the professor. Finally she let it go. "Was that right?" She turned toward the professor asking.

Before, when Zoe had simply asked the question before herself, Davina had just been a bit annoyed with her. However, after performing the Protego Charm she was now more than just slightly annoyed. Why did she think that she could outsmart herself, Davina? Davina knew she was one of the cleverest in the year, if not the cleverest. She was more than the typical smart Ravenclaw. Her parents had been typical smart Ravenclaws and she was like their intelligence combined to be a genius. Most people thought she was big-headed for thinking she was clever. She didn't think she was though. It was just facts. Facts never lie. She had the best results in her previous years in Hogwarts. She knew it made a lot of people jealous of her, but she couldn't help it.

When other people answered questions before Davina, like this, it angered her to no end. She knew that she had to give the others a chance, but she thought that the teacher should have at least let her perform the demonstration, like before. She hadn't recieved any points for her answer or demonstration. She knew that Zoe would though. Probably because they felt sorry for the stupid little Hufflepuffs. Hufflepuff was like the reject house, she figured. Slytherins are cunning, Ravenclaws are clever, Gryffindors are brave but Hufflepuff just 'took the rest'* as the Sorting hat had once described.

Isabella had walked quietly in and sat down. She knew she was late, and hoped it didn't cost her house points.

It would save her an apology later.

She shook her head and sat in the back as they were doing the Protego spell.

She smiled, she'd seen and heard of it before. That's what reading books does to you. You learn stuff. She turned to look at the people in the class, only a few. She saw Davina giving a nasty look to Zoe and decided to dissmiss it.

'Maybe she's mad about something else?'she thought. She looked up at the teacher to continue.

"How about Miss, Corrispur?" She turned to the late student, "Miss. Lovegood, I would appreciate it of you were not late to my class again."
