Diving into the deep waters

Athena's eyes brightened happily as she clapped happily. " Yay! Thank you, and I hope so, like I said they're my favorite magical creatures, "said Athena. Athena laughed. " I guess you will, but who knows I can have the magic touch that attracts tons of unicorns, I would like to see a baby one they're gold in color when they're a baby. " said Athena. " I got to meet her sometimes, and hopefully it's not in the hospital wing. " said Athena honestly before laughing. " Wow...she sounds like a amazing and awesome person who went through alot in there time, something that she probably shouldn't have went through. " said Athena honestly before sighing. Athena looked at him and smiled. " With you by my side, I have no reason to be. " said Athena giving him a soft warm smile. Athena laughed. " Then let's do it then! "said Athena laughing. 


Athena kissed him back. " I won't do the same thing to you, I promise you that right here and now. " said Athena. Athena smiled at him as the pool disappeared into a dance floor. " Of course I'll dance with you Vanny, I'll dance with you."said Athena smiling at him as she took his hand.

Vaughn laughed softly at her enthusiasm, "Your welcome sweetheart. Well of course mine is dragons," He said with a smile. "Yes only time with tell whether or not you'll work you magic on them. That would be a sight to see, a baby unicorn, you'd have to be careful though they are protective of their young." He sighing softly wishing that unicorns liked guys. "Well hopefully outside the hospital wing you'll be able to meet her." He said smiling and nodding in agreement to her next words. "She is a very strong person, but I have a feeling that the Slytherin boy she met. I have a feeling she fell for him, she always as a look of awe on her face when talks about being with him in the library." He shook his head then smiled at her. He kissed her lips softly, "Yeah let's definitely have a movie night. Spring vacation?"

He smiled and spun her around on the dance floor once before bringing her back to him. He began the box dance for the waltz but with all the grace of professional dancers. He lead across the floor turning her and spinning her before dipping her down then back up. The song was a classical piece that held beauty and sophistication in it's melody.

Athena smiled. " Ooh...dragons, that'll be something that I would like to see as well, who doesn't like a fire breathing dragon? Athena asked him chuckling. " Not meaning to brag or anything, but I'm sure that I can. " said Athena smiling at him. Athena nodded. " Yeah I know, I don't think they'll come out though either due to being to scared to."said Athena. Athena laughed. " Yeah hopefully it'll be outside of the Hospital Wing, although something telling me that this year I'm going to somehow end up there. " said Athena honestly. Athena looked at him and giggled. " What are you telling me that she likes the librarian here? "A asked him giggling. Athena smiled and kissed him back softly on the lips. " Sure that'll be great, Spring Vacation it is then, we can also relax in the hot tub together!"said Athena honestly.


Athena smiled as he spun her gracefully around on the floor, neither of them out of step, they were dancing like professionals on the dance floor. Athena giggled as he dipped her. " My aren't we just the dancer Mr . Hunter?"Athena asked him smiling up at.

"I like them because their wings and because they are bigger than a house." Vaughn said smiling. "Well I hope you can put your money where your mouth is missy." He teased her with a huge grin on his face. "They are more cautious because some people hunt them down for their horns. They think they will make the person more powerful." He said with a look of disgust on his face. He put his hand over her mouth and shook his head. "Don't jinx yourself with saying that. I don't think I could bear it to see you in the hospital wing." He removed his hand from her mouth with a slight smile. "I don't know. All I know is that she still really likes her friend. She told me that they hung out in the Library a lot." He shrugged his shoulder looking at her. "It's a date sweetheart." He said with a grin.

"My mother taught me to dance. She said that a man that can dance is one who will always know how to treat a woman right. Mainly because dancing is two people trusting one another." He said smiling softly as he twirled her around. "My mom taught me a lot of dances but I think my favorite is the waltz."

Athena smiled. "I like their wings and how beautiful they can look, plus they're so strong and powerful creatures."said Athena.  "I'm sure that I can, you just watch and see."said Athena smirking at him. "I know which is sad, they're such beautiful creatures , can't believe people kill them."said Athena sighhing. "Sorry Vanny love, I won't speak of it again."said Athena.  Athena laughed. "Hm...interesting, guess some school crushes don't die."said Athena smiling at him.  Athena smiled.  "Yay! That's going to be so much fun!"said Athena.


"I  learned how to dance in dance classes, I also was in gymnastics."said Athena.  "I love the waltz, such a beautiful dance."said Athena honestly. " Although I have to thank your mother for raising such a sweet,caring and handsome gentleman who's now mine. " said Athena smiling at him.

"Yeah they are beautiful," Vaughn said remembering when his father showed him a picture of a dragon. "They are powerful which I thinks what draws me to them. It takes a lot of strength to lift themselves up off the ground and can fly gracefully through the air." He smiled thinking about what it would be like to see one in real life instead of a picture. He laughed when she said for him to watch and see. "Some people aren't really smart when it comes to things like that. That's why almost all of them are protected by us otherwise they'll vanish completely." He said then wondered if there was a place where he could help keep them safe. "Yeah I think so. She is a really nice lady, I'm hoping that she'll tell me some more stories about her years here." He smiled thinking it would nice to have something that lasts that long. "Yes it will be." He agreed with her.

"Nice, most people I know don't really think it's something that a wizard or witch should know how to do. I disagree because it helps a lot when getting to know someone." He said as he twirled her again then danced her across the floor. "Yes the waltz is a beautiful dance, so is the foxtrot as well." He said with a grin. "My mother is a smart woman who knows what she's doing. I was six when I started to learn, I had so much energy that she thought teaching me to dance would wear me out."

Athena never seen a dragon other then in books, pictures and in muggle movies, she wanted to see one in real life, just see what they were like in person. Athena nodded. " Yeah I know, it fascinates me how big there wings are, and how they can fly so fast with them."said Athena honestly. " I would like to see a dragon in real life, instead of in books and stuff, I think it'll be amazing. " said Athena smiling at the thought of meeting a real life dragon. Athena sighed. " Poor innocent creatures, do nothing wrong, but haunted down like a bunch of beasts and for what? Just because of their amazing properties that make them unique. " said Athena. " Sorry...I didn't mean to get angry like that Vanny love, just makes me mad and upset that beautiful creatures are haunted down and killed because of that. " said Athena. " That'll be nice, I think hearing stories of someone else's life at Hogwarts is interesting, makes yours not seem as bad when they talk about theirs and all the trouble they went through. " said Athena honestly. Athena looked at Vaughn and smiled looking up at him curiously. " What are you thinkingabout Vanny love? "Athena asked him softly but curiously. 


Athena laughed and nodded. " I agree with you perfectly on that love, but luckily for me, I found the person who I want to be with. " said Athena smiling at him. " Ooh...the foxtrot is nice and elegant, so meaningful and emotional, I love it. " said Athena. Athena laughed. " I started dancing at five on my own, my parents seen my talents and put me in dance classes. " said Athena.

"Yeah but they have grace when flying which is good." Vaughn said smiling as he remembered his dad showing him a picture of a dragon he took. "Yeah me too sweetheart. It would be amazing but we'd have to be careful not all of them are friendly." He smiled softly as he took her hand in his kissing the back softly. He took her into his arms when she got heated about the slaughter of innocent animals. "It's ok sweetheart, it would make any one person who is a lover of animals angry. Some people don't care which is what is wrong with this world." He said hoping to get her mind off of things like that. "Well when you graduate from here, you can tell your children the story of when you went here. Then they might just say the same about the troubles they go through here." He smiled when she asked him what he was thinking about. "I was just thinking about how nice it would be to have a love that lasts that long."

"I'm glad you did sweetheart. I found the one I want as well." He said and kissed her lips. "Yes the foxtrot is nice but the waltz and the tango are my favorites." He nodded at her saying that she was five when she danced then her parents put her in dance class. "Well my mother thought I would like to learn until she caught me dancing like someone on the telly."

Athena nodded. "Must be nice to be a dragon flying around so gracefully, without a care in the world, if I was one, it'll help me get over my fear of flying."said Athena. Athena nodded. "Yeah I know, but I would like to meet a nice one, just to feel them and be around one, it'll be a amazing experience."said Athena honestly. Athena smiled and blushed as he kissed the back of her hand, she didn't know why, but she always blushed when he touched her. Athena calmed down as he took her in his arms. "I know, just I'm clearly a animal lover, and I think it's wrong."said Athena snuggling against his chest.


Athena smiled. " I hope my children's life here at Hogwarts is filled with happiness, that's what I want for them, although I know that they're going to be troublemakers, I already know it."said Athena chuckling. "Having a love like that lasts that long would be amazing, I wouldn't mind a love like that."said Athena.


Athena smiled and kissed him back. "Now that I found you, I'm not letting you go, I love you Vaughn."said Athena softly but honestly. "Oh my goodness I love the tango, so spicy I just love it!'said Athena giggling. Athena laughed. "Well...you're a very good dancer, almost like a professional."said Athena smiling up at him.

"Yeah I'm sure it is. I'd like to be a dragon just so I could scare people." Vaughn said honestly with a huge grin on his face. "I can ask my dad if we can see if a Dragon Keeper at the Ministry will allow us to see one of them. He works at the Ministry as a healer for them, so maybe he can ask one of the keepers if we can see one." He smiled and nodded, "Anyone who is an animal lover would think the same and have the same reaction. It's just sometimes how things in life roll because not everyone obeys the laws."

"With how much trouble you are yeah your kids will be trouble makers for sure." He said laughing waiting for her to hit him for saying that. "Yeah it would be amazing to have something like that."

"I'm glad I'm not the only one who's not letting go." He kissed her again his hand cupping her face softly. "I love you too Thena." He smiled when she said that she found the tango spicy. "Well it's spicy as well as sexy when danced correctly. Sometimes people throw in a few moves of their own which adds to the spice of the dance." He said laughing softly. "Thank you, my mother was a professional dancer when she was in her early twenty's. She taught me how to dance and when my father gets better she's going to teach Michael as well."
