Eva woke up several hours later. It was early evening and she found herself stretching, letting out a yawn. She hadn’t slept so well in a while, and what was better was that she had remembered what happened. She looked over at the clock to check the time and saw it was only a little while before Katie would be coming to bug them to go get something for dinner. She had wondered if Katie had spent the entire day at the pool honestly.
Stretching out on the bed, she pulled the sheet up closer to her before rolling over and looking at Tyler. He looked so peaceful when he slept. She had never really noticed it until now. That’s because the first time you noticed it you were too busy freaking out about getting on a plane and meeting his mother. she thought to herself, And the next time you paid attention you were too busy with a hangover to really notice.
Getting up out of the bed, Eva tried very hard to be quiet since she didn’t want to wake Tyler up. However, Eva wasn’t so lucky. She took the sheet with her, looking for her clothes, which had been strewn all over the room. As she moved through the room, her legs got tangled in the sheet and she tripped, falling down, “Damnit!” she cursed, sitting down as she found the last bit of her clothing.
