Nick smiled at the girl. He picked her up and apperated back to their home. "You go play the piano. I'm going to make dinner" he said softly. He went into the kitchen and started on mac and cheese and french fries for the girl's dinner. He needed to go to the store and get more food. What he wanted was to call Cecilia, but he knew he couldn't do that after what he did.

"Okay," Quelyn said sadly. She had wanted nick to play the piano with her. She waited a moment at the bottoms of the stairs watching him. Nick looked sad. Before going up to her room she ran into the kitchen and wrapped her arms around nick. "I love you," she whispered, "thank you for all the fun." Her arms fell away and went up stirs to play the piano. She sat at the piano her hands resting lightly on the keys. Pressing the keys lightly as to not to play quietly and not bother nick to much.

Nick put his hand over his heart and sighed. She would not love him if she knew what he did. When dinner was done he made her a plate and sat it at the table. He took two throw pillows and put them on her chair so she wouldn't have to sit on her knees again, which looked painful. "Quelyn dinner" he yelled up the stairs. He took a seat and waited for her to come down before he would start eating.

Getting up she ran down and into the kitchen with Nick. She only came because he wanted her to try to eat thought it was not her first instinct to eat, let alone eat as much human food like she had been lately. Climbing up in the seat next to nick she smile at him wishing she could make him happy. The young girl did not like to see such sad face that did not need to be so sad. Picking up the fork she pushed the food on her plate around and taking a few bites of the cheesiness for nick. "Aren't you going to eat?" She asked tilting her head to the sode

Nick began to eat after Quelyn had said something to him. "I.... I found out that I am the father or Cecilia's baby. Her lost son... was my son. Mollie is my daughter. I don't know if she will let me be in their lives... it saddens me" he explained after she was done eating. Nick began to cry, indicating he made a mistake.

"Quelyn slipped out of her seat and moved over to Nick and climbed up in his lap and wraped her arms around him once again. "I'm sorry," she said quietly laying her head on his shoulder. it didn't even occoure to her that if nick really went through alk the steps of adopting her that she would have a sister. "I'm sure cecilia will let you atleast see her everyonce every once a while." She spoke quietly and hugged his neck. she curled up in her lap hugging him. "I wish i could make it all better for you." Jaquelyn sighed and closed her eyes.

Nick cried into Quelyn's shoulder. He cried for a good ten minutes. "I want Cecilia and Mollie and me and you to be a family." Nick said childishly to Quelyn. He picked Quelyn up and sat her on the couch. He put in a movie called beauty and the beast. He laid down and rested his head on her lap. He began to fall asleep.

Quelyn sait with almost perfest posture where he had sat her on the sofa and ran her finders through his haor as he started to fall asleep. "We have a perfect family with out the two.of them though," she whispered "cecilia is only causeing you pain." she silently watched the rest of the movie he had put in as she played with his hair in a way she use to find calming as a toddler. "We can survuve on our own," she whispered almosta little jellous of how nick seemed ti care about cecilia and mollie mors than he did of herself.

Nick heard Quelyn say everything that she said. He wrapped his arm around her waist. "I love you Quelyn." Were his last words before he fell asleep. His head was pointed twords her stomach. He began to shake from the cold. He reached for Quelyn to see if she was still there. He hoped she was still there.

Quelyn had gotten up just long enough to get a blanket and covered nick up with it. though she had moved she did not leave him and sat on the floor in front of the sofa stareing at the tv that replayed the same movie he had put in over and over again. the girl fiddled with the rmote trying to turn down the sound that came from it. she didn't want it to wake nick up and trying to figure it out turned out to be very fruatrateing.
