Sawyer had an earful for the Minister.
However, he and his deputy's were busy today. Poor Sawyer found the department completely different from what he wanted for it. He was requesting permission to really crack down. Werewolves, poltergeists, ghosts, and vampires that worked their way out of line would be sequestered in the department's creature habitats, questioned, and from there moved to the hands of Law Enforcement. Let Omara deal with the logistics. But Sawyer planned on cleaning up the magical world, getting things back on track. And boy, he would need some serious fire power to do it.
As independently as Sawyer liked to work, his employees had become relaxed and a bit complacent. In the field, they were marvelous. But Jack had not regulated the movement of paperwork and the security of records, and her employees had done the same. She might have kept personal records, but that was no help to him. He needed the approval of the higher-ups so he could properly enforce the tighter hand he wished to employ.
He had written it all up in a report, which he now worked his way to delivering. He hoped to have Robert or Elijah read it right there and then they could discuss. When he arrived in their wing of the Ministry, he approached the secretary.
"Mr Lupin's out," she chimed.
Sawyer said, "Alright. Is the deputy min-"
"Mr Krum's in a meeting!" she sang.
Sawyer blinked. "Right."
