Ravenclaw Common Room

"Hey!" Charlie said grinning as she hugged him. "How've you been?"

Ginevra laughed lightly as she had forgotten he wasn't the type that got mad at her when she just couldn't help it. Darren was more likley to do that. The same question seemed to come up everywhere, the same answer seemed to be given back and she was getting bored of it. Shrugging casually, she was getting to good at lying. "I've been great!" she told him, smiling. "And you?" she asked, only being 'polite' and asking back.

"Bored" Charlie said with a frown. "Its been hell here without you, Topher and Freddy arent here either.."

Hearing the mention of Topher and Freddy followed by the words forming 'aren't here' come from Charlie's mouth, Ginevra frowned. It had been awhile since she had seen everyone, she had wanted to see more then just a few people too. Topher and Freddy included. Sighing, she ran a hand through her hair before looking back at Charlie. "When'd they leave?" she asked, biting her lip momentarily. "Why didn't you just hang with Darren or Mari?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. She couldn't believe that she would be the only one to make him that bored, but then again she knew if a few peope left, maybe even just one of her close friends that she'd be bored or just lazy from missing them. That was just Ginevra, of course, though. "I've missed you," she added truthfully, smiling a little as she said it.

Charlie shrugged. "A month or two after you left" Charlie said. "I dont like Darren, and I dont know Mariana much." Charlie grinned when she said she had missed him and nodded. "Same here.. but are you back for good, or are you gonna leave again?"

Ginevra sighed; a month wasn't long at all, two was barley any time either, she had really just missed them by another two months.. "Well that sucks." she murmured, as Topher and Freddy had actually been two of the closer friends she had. It seemed at Hogwarts she was able to make the guys friends more easy then the girls. It was weird, but true. Sniggering slighlty when Charlie said he didn't like Darren, Ginevra had forgotten that she was one of the ones who put up with him easily, as he was like her in the stubborn way. "You should try and get to know her, nice gal." she told him, grinning. Seeing the grin on Charlie's face she nodded, she wasn't planning on leaving, though she hadn't exactly planned her first leave either. No at first, anyways.

"Yeah, but they'll be back soon.. hopefully" he said shrugging. He didnt reply on her comment about Mari, it was hard for him to make friends with non-ravenclaws. "Want a peanut?" he asked randomly, taking a jar of cokroach clusters out of his bag.

Shaking her head, Ginevra was no longer hungry at all, not even for a Cockroach Cluster. She agreed that she hoped they'd be back soon, she wasn't one who made friends easily, Topher and Freddy had been her friends, so it mattered. "No thanks." she replied, laying back down on the floor where she had taken her spot on the ground mere minutes before.

Charlie put away the jar slowly. He frowned at her. "Dont be sad!" he said. He wanted to change the subject from Topher and Freddy, so he said conversationally. 'So do you like Daryn? Cuz everyone says you do'

It seemed that it was obvious how bummed she was with the new information Charlie had dropped her way. She really didn't like it, who would? The subject changer came fast and Ginevra raised her eyebrows and looked up from where she was seated on the ground. Everyone seemed to always be asking her that, the answer was so simple, you'd think a person would get it and give up. It seemed the answer to that one was no, they wouldn't give up. "He's my best friend, of course I like him."
