Jack's head turned as she heard Whight speak. So be it. Jack wanted to do this alone, but she had also proved herself unworthy as a guardian to Nemo, it seemed. He'd need more than her to save him. But she would refuse to believe it until she knew for sure he wasn't safe. It could be a trap.
"Alright," she said, continuing to hurry towards the door. "We'll check in real quick with the other Order members." She suddenly slipped her arm in his, turned on her heel, and disapparated them both away.

Jack and Whight apppeared in Nemo's office, as she had given herself that permission during the brief period she had been in his position. She immediately paged in his secretary and began rifling through his records, looking for information. She then sent a memo to her team in her department, marked urgent.
She looked up at Whight. "This is Nemo's office. I'm looking for information about where he might be."
Suddenly, the secretary entered. "Yes Jack?" she asked. Everyone knew to call her Jack.
"When was the last time you heard from Mr Omara?"
She thought. "Three days ago or so."
"Thank you," Jack said. She handed Whight a stack of memos. "Look through these."
She showed Tracey out and was closing the door when her head guy, Teddy, ran towards her. She beckoned him in quickly. "Teddy, have you heard from Poe lately?"
He panted, "The last time was a few nights ago. He asked if you were here. Told me to tell you he was going out."
"Where?" Jack asked.
Teddy shrugged his shoulders. "I dunno."
Jack paused. "He might have been kidnapped. Please let me know if you know anything."
Teddy nodded and hurried off, muttering a quick, though sincere, apology.
Jack turned to Whight, again offering her arm. "Want to see where your Ministry heads live?"
