Another day of classes was over and to be honest he was exhausted. Everyone thought that taking the classes and learning was hard. While that was true, it was just as hard to teach the classes. So many hours teaching, then getting the next class prepared during the night. It was all a lot of hard work. It could be very tiring, especially for a Professor who was still somewhat new. It was hard to gain the students' trust and attention all the time. But he'd gotten lucky, his class seemed to really like him as soon as they met him. He was a calm and collected guy and he was easy going, that was what a lot of students liked. But when he had to be stern and serious, he was, which made students respect him.
Jake sat at his desk in the classroom a bit into the CoMC paddock, soaking in the silence that surrounded him. While he liked to hear the chatter of the students in the paddock, he was grateful for the periods of silence he recieved after classes were over. It gave him time to focus on his lesson plan and what he was going to teach the students about. The nineteen year old leaned back in his seat and ran a hand through his long dark hair. He blinked hard a couple of times to get the drowsiness that had begun to take him over away. Jake pushed his chair bacl and stood up, not wanting to be seated and cooped up inside the classroom. He stretched his arms out and walked out into the sunlight that shone on the paddock.
