Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Sam couldn't help but feel that much more fond for Professor McCoy when he saved his book, and his feet. "Thank you so much sir," he said, clambering down from his desk and looking up at the professor, listening intently to what he said. "Thank you for the advice," He said when the professor'd finished talking to him, "I'll make sure to follow it, thank you for letting me try again as well," he added, turning to his book and concentrating once more.

This time he was completely focused on making sure that he succeeded, this was not something he wanted to stuff up, Concentrating extra hard he pointed his wand at the book. "Snufflifors," he said, watching with fascination as then book transformed into a white mouse. "I did it!" he shouted, absolutely thrilled with himself.

''There, Grigori! You see that it can be accomplished'', McCoy said with a dose of joy in his voice. ''This is a subject in which you will learn something new every class... and I don't just mean spells and stuff... you will learn how to concentrate, how use powers you haven't been able to use before... Transfiguration is extremely demanding and you will have to travel to the most inner parts of yourselves to master it... but if you work, and try, you will succeed. Ten points for Gryffindor! Now, how's everyone else doing?'', he asked.

Leanne even forgot that she was supposed to be doing same as Sam before her being too occupied watching him and making her laughter comments. When Professor finally adressed all other students, she took her wand out of her pocket. Even though she was terrible at certain amount of transfiguration spells, she knew a fair bit about them. Her set of spells wasn't very desirable to others. "Snufflifors" she said pointing to the book. Instead of a tail, the book caught a couple of little wings. While trying to fly too high for its possibilities the book crushed right next to the Professor's feet. "I assume i should say an oops right now." she commented for herself though everybody nearby could hear her.

Sam beamed with pride and nodded. "Thank you very much sir!" He said happily, ten points for one spell was absolutely brilliant. "And you're right, I really do need to learn to concentrate a little more," he added, more to himself than to the professor. "I'll work on it," He said, once again returning to his bright self. "I'm sure that I can improve upon it... and stuff," he added with a wink to the professor, he couldn't help but love the relaxed nature of these classes.

"Nice job too, by the way Leanne," he said with a chuckle, stooping over and picking up her book, before walking over and returning it. "You're lucky I was a step to the right of that, it nearly hit the Professor and I," he commented, before chuckling.
