Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Lesson Five - Basic Level Empty Lesson Five - Basic Level

Post by James William Wilson Sun Jan 24, 2010 6:53 am

Professor Wilson entered his classroom. He passed through the empty desks and sat on his chair. He took his wand out and pointed it at the blackboard. Suddenly, a lot of text appeared. Why? He liked to let the students copy the important information and then listen to his lesson without the worry of writing his lesson down. That causes distraction. He then pointed his wand at the desks, and a note appeared on them: ''Copy the text from the blackboard!'' It was just a note for the students who came to the class to copy the text. After all of them were finished, he would start talking. He was done so he had some time to relax before the class starts. Again the same routine, the one thing he disliked about teaching.

Abbey walked into the classroom, said a short good morning to Professor Wilson, and sat down at a desk. She pulled out a sheet of parchment and headed it, then copied the regular text from the blackboard.

“Good morning, professor Wilson,“ Miseria said when she entered the huge classroom, nodding to Abbey as well. She sat down in the middle row, hiding her yawn with hand, and then she took out her stuff from her bagpack. She felt extremely tierd this morning. Then she copied all the text down from the blackboard.

"Good Morning Professor Wilson," James said, smiling a bit, though deep inside, he felt about as good as a two-ton overweight cat tasked with the impossible task of mouse-hunting. He pulled out a notebook and cast a spell on the paper, while taking out a planner and scratching notes into it. He was getting pretty busy lately- he needed to pass out three referrals to the Headmaster for point promotion, one for demotion, and one for clear-out detention. While the morning's notes were scuriously being copied onto the notebook, he took a careful look at the notes. Neatly, it outline the data on the board. Just as well. He began to check it over for spelling errors.
