So, here's an example on how to buy a new house, it just so happens to be the one i'm buying.

So, i come to this topic and i post some details here, with a picture.

Then i give some details of the house, like these handy little ones:
3 Bedrooms
1 Bathroom
Large back and front yards
Spacious interior

and finally an estimated, prefered price

For this, i'd suggest a price of 1500

and i agree with that price, so it's sold for that much, and you can go make your topic now : D

So, hope that resolves any problems anyone had

I already have Julia and Edward's home in a thread, the pictures and details are below, blah, blah blah. So whatever the price is, it will be split between both Julia and Edward (I know the home is... enormous, but we're imagining other family members living with them as well, though they aren't being portrayed) Very Happy

Take 900 from Godric, 1000 from Abbey and the rest from me. That way I'm still covering most of it...I think that should cover the price of our house.

Ok, so I have a long list.

First, Brian and Khaaty have a large place together. I'll PM you the link.

Second, they own a place in Tuscany. I'll PM you the link for that too.l

Third, Robert and Katherine own a farm up near Cornwall. No pics exist of it. Mostly a large traditional farmhouse that Robert has remodeled magically over the years, a barn, fields, woods, a fair amount of land,.

Fourth, Khaaty's little traditional country cottage in Hogsmeade. No pics exist of this either. Michael Tremaine is renting it from Khaat right now.

Second one i'd put at 1500

The farm house and property 1000

And a cottage? 250, i think.
