Heya Guys,
after much work, and much slackness on my part, the houses update is finally upon us!

Before i launch into the selling of houses, i'll just make a few wee clarifications, if you'll bear with me.
((^ What a funny phrase, i mean, it's signifying "Be Patient" but it's got bears in it... i mean, bears aren't patient, are they. Ah well, i'll go on.))

• First of all, all existing houses will be allowed to be re-purchased by their owners, and they'll be sold at a heavily discounted price, as they were around before the update
  
• This list is just a generic one, you can all suggest your own types of houses to me, i'll evaluate them then set a price for you
  
• Money can be exchanged between characters, but not between members. To have money exchanged PM me stating the amount, and the "from" and "to" characters
  
• Any questions PM them to me and i'd be happy to help. Remember, this is a new system and there are bound to be a few glitches, i wont be able to do anything about them unless you point them out to me
  
• People may buy houses together, if they do both people need to live there, and the price is split half half
  
• Buying a new house... you should've chosen better the first time, no refunds.... probably

I guess we need to re-new mine, godric and Abbey's home...How do I go about that?

Okie dokes, well, i took a look at the topic, and the description, and as it's a.... massive house, i'd value it to be worth about 5000 Sickles.

Now, you have 3753 sickles, and godric has 900 something and Abbey... is that abbey dawn? she has 2361, between the three people/charries living there, you have enough to purchase it. You and abbey sort out the prices you each wanna pay, and then get back to me. I'll unlock the forum and take the sickles out of your account

3000 Sickles should do it i think, you have enough on your own so i can just take it out now, then you can organies to get half back from Matt if you like, otherwise you can wait till he agrees to give half and then i'll do it.
Anyway, i'm off to bed now, so i'll deal with all enquiries in a few hour's time

Selwyn, i'm not some sort of idiot, if you'd read the post you'd note that i made a comment on the phrase, and didn't try to imply that i was a bear of some sort, i'd appreciate it if you stop being downright rude >>
