This was going to be a Vacation

"Emil, wow, it really has been to long. I hope they found new teachers." He didn't know how many of his peers knew about his two on two fight with the DADA teacher and the Dark Arts teacher. He and his old familiar Gift, had fought them to the death to prove that he had what it took to graduate early. He had more then passingly proven it by destroying them with out so much as really breaking a sweat. Among the ones who did know, Godric was a legend.

Turning to look at the book Godric laughed. "This is as easy as making a Drought of Peace." He knew Christy would understand his laughter. Then again, potions was his most skillful practice.

"As a matter of fact, I could alter it a bit and allow you not only to see it, but to relive it through dreams. All I would need to do is change this and this..." His voice trailed off as he began mentally altering the potion to make it more effective.

Christy looked at him finally letting go of him, "Really you could?" she asked excitedly. "You really need to help me with potions, you can't keep making them for me for the rest of our lives." she said laughing a bit. Relieving them would be awesome until...until it came time for her to die, by Godric's hand.

"Emil which would you rather do?" she asked walking back over to her boyfriend so Godric could work.

"I'd rather see them through my dreams and relive them to make me forget about the crap in my life that's happening now" Emil said, he smiled. "Make enough for Daniel, too. He wanted to do this as well. I'd love to see who I was and how that affects me today! I'm sure Daniel should know too". He grinned slightly evilly. He smiled at Godric, "The new teachers are a pain in the ass. I don't like them very much".

Daniel cowered a little, but his fear reeled back into the very back of his mind. He wanted to do it all of the sudden. It was as if...he wanted to show Godric something. To prove something to the man.

Godric snapped his fingers and Kreaten was suddenly there with him. "Kreaten fetch my potions kit. And don't forget to bring my exotics with you too." Turning back to the three others and smiled grimly.

"There's only one way to make it work though. I'll tell you know, It will be uncomfortable. I would have to add asp venom to the tincture to get it going." As he said this he shot a look at Christy, his eyes glistening with tears he refused to shed.

"I have enough to create three batches. Each batch is good for three trips each. But it would take every bit of venom I have. It would be the last gift from an old friend." He turned to Daniel and Emil.

"If my presence upsets you Daniel," he said reading the boy's face, "then I could leave and do the potion in my personal apothecary on the upper floors." He didn't want to run off Christy's new friend.

Finlay catching through the link what Emil was to Christy he started laughing out loud. "You have got to be kidding me. Emil, you're dating my cousin? Finally she has good taste. Only one other was good enough for her. I won't stop you, but heed my warning, you hurt her, and I swear I will hunt you to the bitter ends of the world, and you WILL meet the same fate as our teachers." He said all of this with a smile on his face.

"No Godric..." she said looking at him, You're going to use the last of Gift's venom? she asked in his head curiously, For me? She had the urge to hug him but knew that Godric would just push her away. She looked at Daniel and then at Godric, "No I brought Daniel here to meet you, I figured the two of you could hit it off quite nicely." she said with a smile.

She looked at him and glared at her cousin as he threatened Emil. He was acting like a protective big brother, and not like a cousin but then again thats how it had always been even though she was only older than him by a few minutes. They were even born in the same room. "Delk do you really have to be so threatening to everyone I date?"

Daniel smiled nervously, "Hah...ah..it's a pleasure to meet you, Godric". His slim frame trembled a little, intimidated by Godric. He had no charms of his own, but that veela charm could really do it to him. "I....I like you. A lot. That's why I'm kinda...nervous. I don't care we just met, I like you a lot". He smiled softly, the smile turned to a smirk eventually.

Emil looked over, "I would never harm a hair on my precious's head. She's too beautiful to leave a mark on". Emil expressed that he meant that through body language, and facial cues. He really did mean it, after all. He wouldn't even prank her, and he pranked everyone, even Godric. However, his pranks were harmless and kinda funny to both prankster and prankee.

Daniel was cute. That was for damn sure. As Godric heard his cousin in his head he looked back at the book. He would want me to use it in a potion. After all, that's how he and I were. He focused on things other then Gift's venom. He needed to apply this potion to a more constructive end.

As Daniel started talking, Godric turned to meet him with his crystal blue eyes. He smiled genulinly this time. He suddenly became aware of the fact the frankly he was only half dressed. He shot a glare at Christy as if she were to blame.

"If you will excuse me for just one second, I must retire to my chambers to get these blood soaked rags off of me." He quickly left and returned moments later with a gauzy white button down that form fitted him, showing off every curve of his muscles and a pair of white trousers and white soft leather riding boots. His shoulder length sandy blond hair now pulled back to a neat pony tail.

"Sorry for that, but I really just noticed that I was barely clad. And I only want to look my best if meeting some one of your caliber of cuteness." He said with his eyes twinkling with mirth.

You need a hair cut. she said through their link as Godric walked off. I've never seen you with your hair so long, its not very attractive on you. You look more like me with your hair like that. She looked over to Emil, "I'm glad you don't want to harm a hair on my pretty head." she said smiling as she stood on her tip toes and kissed him on the cheek, "Cause I'm pretty sure I could beat you up with magic if it came down to it." she said the last part laughing a little bit to make it seem like it had only been a joke as she wrapped her arms around him.

She turned over to look at Daniel, "So I can tell your opinion of him just by your reaction." she said laughing a little. "Did I not tell you we look and act more like twins and we should?" she asked them both now. "Daniel don't stand there open mouthed, he's only a Malfoy."

She turned as Godric entered the room again, "And when don't you ever have to look your best?" she asked him curiously, "I remember you having to stay cleaner than me at one point in time."

Emil smiled, "I'm sure you could. Although I'm taller, and the same age as you". He was grinning and making himself look funny. He bent down and kissed Christy on the lips, then pulled away, "It pains me when I have to let go of you. It pains me to not be holding you in my arms. My days at Hogwarts will be boring and will drag on without you by my side". He held her in his arms once more, giving her a tight hug.

Daniel's mind was filled with impure thoughts, those which would make anyone cringe or blush, depending upon their level of perverseness. He did have a fear that someone had Leglimens or some other mind-reading device. If they did, they'd be in quite a shock of the perverse thoughts that ran through Daniel's head. "Me...cute? You're kidding, right?"

"I rarely kid about looks my friend." He said with a serious not in his voice. He thought to Christy So, is he all ways like this or do I just make him nervous?.

As he sat down in one of the largely over stuffed chairs in the study, he pulled out his wand.

"Accio lyre." He said, faintly. A silver lyre floated through the room and landed softly in his outstretched hand. Slowly he started to play a melody from his child hood. One that had lulled both Christy and Gift to sleep many a time.

It's slow cadence almost hypnotic, Godric felt Set slither up to perch on the arm rest next to him.

"Do either of you play an instrument?" He asked with a wicked smile. He was wanting to start up a band just for fun.

He turned the song into a faster one, using his own feelings to fuel the fire of his music. It became heated, sorrowful, but with a glimmer of hope.
