Studying Sucks!

Cheeto started eating the cheetos, licking each and every crumb from the bag.

"Did you know that Cheeto isn't allowed here? That's right, I've sneaked an animal into Hogwarts I shouldn't have. However, I think I can hide him. I'd have to hide him when others come. You're the first person besides Eli to have seen him" Ezra said softly. He pet the young fox, which got his head caught in the cheeto bag.

"Accio", with the flick of a wand, the bag was off Cheeto's head.

*Yeah i can tell...I wish I had a pet but... no one ever would get me one. " She really didnt care much about having pets but she did wish she could have one. She didnt know what kind of pet she wanted. "She giggled when she saw cheeto with his head caught. As soon as Ezra took the bag from his head, She picked him up and hugged him. "Cheeto is an awesome fox!" She said smiling.She set Cheeto down after a little bit

Cheeto purred and laid down on the floor. Ezra stroked the fox's forepaws, while a nose started nuzzling the fingers.

"Thanks, I actually rescued the little guy. He was run over by a careless muggle. I'm kinda glad that I threw a rock a the muggle man's car and shattered his windshield" he stroked the fox's tummy, moving up and down in a gentle motion. Cheeto still had scars from the surgery required to fix him up.

"Some muggles are careles." Aurora said with tears in her eyes. The main muggle she knew was careless had killed her parents almost exactly 12 years ago. That was the worst memory she could have. Sometimes she wished that she never even was born. Then her parents wouldnt have suffered burns and gotten killed. She wanted to cry at the moment. She remembered that day well.

Ezra hugged Aurora. The windows of the castle were open to let a slight breeze through. It felt cool, and sounded neat coming through the windows. It was a nice day outside, why didn't they think of coming outside? Oh, that's right, they had homework. It would blow away outside.

"Wow, that's amazing. The breeze is just right".

Ezra's arms propped against the windowsill, and he shouted to the people below.

"HEY, YOU! FIRSTIE! YEAH, YOU! CATCH!" He threw down a rock. A first year Slytherin boy was the one targeted, but his friend caught the rock and threw it back with a spell, hitting Ezra in the forehead. The rock was light and small, so it did no lasting damage.

Aurora was surprised by the hug and she calmed herself down. She watched as he threw the rock then got hit by it. This made her giggle. It was never a good idea to prank peopel especially when everyone around could use magic to back fire it on you. This was something she knew from all the things that could happen with all of the spells that people already knew.

Ezra was a little dazed by the rock to the forehead, he stumbled to the couch.

"I'll be fine, don't worry" he said. His stomach suddenly grumbled. He poked it and walked over to the cupboard. He saw a can of his favorite spaghetti, and he opened it with a spell. He grabbed a miniature cauldron that he used to cook soups and such, placing water inside and putting it over the fire. He stirred the spaghetti in gradually, watching as it started to boil.

"This canned spaghetti is nothing like that which you've ever seen or tasted or smelled. It's garlicky, and quite thick. That's why I added the water, so it won't burn at the bottom of the pot".

"Yeah.. I know how to cook but i usually never cook." She smiled slightly and looked around. There was nothing to do besides study so she took a book from her bag and opened it. It was a book about muggles far back when there were castles and princes and princesses. She read about a princess being stolen from the castle and many people tried to save her but the only person to save her was a small muggle.

"What's that book called? I believe I've read it before", Ezra said. He smiled warmly. He checked on his thinned spaghetti, prodding and poking it with his ladle. He gave it a taste test, it wasn't quite ready. "It's not ready yet, but it's close. Do you want some after I finish cooking it?" He stirred the concoction with the ladle a total of seven times, though he didn't count it. He just stirred it. It was enchanted spaghetti which turned different colors when stirred specific amounts of times. It turned blue when he stirred it this time. The garlicky smell had since subsided, the smell getting duller and duller when it started cooking more and more.

Andrew came into the common room after class. He felt stacked up with homework. "Hi, All," he said. He flopped down on the floor in front of the fireplace and drew out his books and notebooks, along with the quick quotes quill that he bought over the summer. This one was an ocean blue color. He poised the quill at the ready over a piece of parchment and began reading in his book preparing to do a report. "Does anyone else feel stacked up to their eyeball with homework?" Andrew asked, sighing heavily. He tried to read ahead in his books just enough that he was prepared for class, but when he had assignments to do at the same time, it bogged him down a bit.
