Who knows how long the shyness will last (curing the shyness)

It was early morning, around 5 am, when it was time for Aurora to wake up and head to the forest of dean. once she woke up she hurridly put on her robes, brushed her long hair and her teeth. There were big plans for her in the forest that day and she was nervouse and excited at the same time.

Once she got ready it was almost sunrise. Walking to the forest would be fun... or so she thought. As she walked that morning, there were rustling of leaves and bushes. It frightened her to be walking all alone but she knew that it all would be over after the day, hopefully.

When she got to the forest, it was about 6:30. There were no noises besides the distand crowing of birds and chirps of baby chicks. These sounds were music to Aurora's ears. She went and found a stump or a rock to sit on and wait. When she found the perfect rock, she sat down and waited.

Jack knew she had more reason than one for heading into the Forest of Dean that day, but she knew she would be assisting someone gain a little more boldness. She was also heading it because, hey, it was a dangerous forest and that sort of thing appealed to Jack. But she had to keep in mind that it was business first.

She packed up her traveling knapsack early that morning, full of food, matches, and her camping gear. If she had the whim to go camping, she at least wanted to be prepared. She ran a hand through her crazy hair and apparated out of her house and onto the edge of the Forest of Dean.

She strode inside, smiling as she did so, because this was a new adventure. She checked her watch. She was a little late, it was a little past seven in the morning. She was not a morning person. She continued on, and suddenly stumbled upon a girl sitting on a rock. Jack hitched up her knapsack and grinned. "Hello."

Aurora was just sitting there til a little past seven when she heard a faint 'hello'. She nimbly looked up to see a girl standing there. Squinting a bit, she finally reconised the girl but couldnt remember her name. "hi." Aurora whispered softly. her shyness kicked in barely. She totally hated it when it kicked in even if she knew the people around her.

"Are you the one who will be helping me today?" Aurora asked mildly. She was trying as much as possible tp squeal her way out of saying the girls name since she didnt even know it.

Jack grinned. She had received a mysterious, anonymous letter (not so much as received as intercepted) from someone saying they needed to work on their level of timidity and shyness. Well, Jack was just the gal to help with that. The nervous girl before her seemed a little scared, so Jack gave her a smile. She strode forward and thrust out a hand for her to shake. "The name is Jack Dyllan. And I did not catch yours."

Jack was cocky, arrogant, bold, and obnoxious. The sheer and exact opposite of shy, she found that she was never uncomfortable in even the most awkward social situations. She was too confident to feel awkward. So if anyone could help out this girl, Jack could.

Aurora looked at her hand for a second then up at the sky. "Im aurora..... Aurora Nye. I prefer being called A." She didnt shake this girls hand for she didnt really like shaking hands especially with strangers that she barely knew. Her mind was racing with thoughts of all sorts of things at the moment. "So you need any info or can we just start?" She asked anxiously.

Jack stared at her hand which was still hovering out towards the girl, waiting for her to shake it. Jack would usually move past it, but she was supposed to help this girl learn to be less shy, so she would have to begin 'training' now. She smirked, raising an eyebrow. "It's polite to shake hands with people you meet."

She studied the girl and then thought for a moment. The best way to overcome shyness was to work at it by interacting with other people, but seeing as they were in a forest that would have to wait. "Give me some background information. How shy are you? How comfortable do you want to get? That kind of stuff."

"Im like really shy.. If there are like 5 people in the room... i will like have to go outside or i will like faint of scaredness..." She looked at the hand again than shook it. She knew to be polite but really didnt want to act like she was super polite or something. Her mind raced of things like how to over come shness. "Its mostly around boys though.. if there is even one boy around i go instantly shy.

Jack nodded, smiling faintly when she finally shook her hand, looking rather frightened. Jack knew she could be sort of outspoken and overbearing, so she knew she was probably intimidating the girl. But if Aurora could overcome her shyness with Jack, then she could with anybody.

Jack nodded. "That's normal. It's okay to be shy with guys. It keeps you from doing anything stupid. Just remember, they are people too, just like girls, only ruder and they make more bodily noises." She laughed.

"Yeah... So are you going to get other people to help us or is it just me and you?" Aurora was hoping there would be maybe one boy and some other people to help but she didnt really care. It wasnt her choice how she is helped so she couldnt help but be wondering. Her heart raced of shyness and nervousness as she waied on an answer

Jack considered it for a moment. It was true, they would need practice, but she had no way to get in contact with anyone. She pondered it for a minute or so before saying, slowly and thoughtfully, "I think we should go to Diagon Alley, or something like that. We're bound to run into someone there." The girl did not look old enough to Apparate, so if they were leaving, she would need to do Side-Along Apparation. "If we wanna go, I can help you Apparate."
