The Battle For Grimmauld Place

Bart got out of the kitchen in a hurry, as he received the command to go into battle by Jess. He had his wand out aldready, steady, ready to try and make a win for the order. He walked off in a hurry, as he saw the Kitchen get a little behind, with the Minister in the front, and some students preparing to attack as well. Curses beeing thrown around, but the Order, good as they were, not resorting to that kind of stuff. He looked around for DE's, as he saw a Death Eater, throwing a Cruciatus Curse at Jess, his leader. He flickered his wand, with a smirk on his face. "Protego!" He said, as he made an invisible barrier in front of Jess, giving him cover to the Crucio spell. "Incarcerous!" He said, as he threw it at the same girl.

Protego --> To protect Jess from Caelani's Crucio;
Incarcerous --> To lock Caelani in ropes.

Andrew got up, feeling stinging in his face as Nerezza had scracthed him pretty hard on the lft side of his face. It wasn't bleeding, yet it was pretty close to to a point where infection could start. He hated that woman. Andrew quickly ran over to where he saw Jack and Brienne. and then noticed that man on the ground. "Come on, we need to help the order!" he said urgently "we don't have much time now before they are swarming the entire place!"

Jack had her wand held out and she was walking forward, peering through the beams of light from the spells to try and see where she was needed when suddenly Andrew was right in front of her. He looked pretty battered, but what else was new with Andrew? He yelled at her that they needed to get into the fight and she nodded, hurrying after him and refusing to glance back at Daniel. She was sure he would be alright. What she needed now was to help the Order.

This was a farce. What was she after again? Well mostly she just wanted to spite Matt but she hadn’t seen him yet and that bothered her a little bit. Jen abruptly released Caelani and frowned a little. This was what you got for actually trying to help someone. This kind of rejection was probably why Jen preferred to just worry about herself. She muttered something along the lines of “I hope you bleed to death” but her words were cut short when she was clipped by the spell Jess had fired at her.

Expulso was designed to blow things up essentially but expel meant ‘to drive out’ and in this case, its namesake did its job. Jen took at least half of the spell’s full force and it picked her up off of her feet. She sailed through the air and collided with one of the darkened windows. She hissed in pain and slipped down the wall before landing awkwardly on the ground. Her legs buckled from underneath her but she broke her fall for the most part. There was something with their family and glass... glass tubing at the Graduation and now a window which she managed not to break on impact.

“Sweet Jesus.” She muttered, pushing herself up a little bit. She’d been caught off guard and her little body hadn’t been as prepared as one would have thought. She took hits better than most though which was an advantage. The breath had completely been knocked out of her upon impact with that sodding window and it took her a few moments to get some oxygen back into her lungs. Once Jen’s lungs had stopped screaming for air, her vision focused a little more. She looked blearily around for any sign of Rob but he was nowhere to be found. And where was she? On the floor, still taking in necessary amounts of oxygen and definitely not on her guard.

((guys, you can't block an unforgivable. Else people would have done it in the books, don't you think? So I'm gonna assume Jess got hit ))

Calli watched with satisfaction as Jess crumpled in pain, though somehow he managed to bite out a cuse at Jennifer through all that. He must really be used to getting hurt.

"Shut it," she ordered him.

She had no idea how effective talking to him was, though, since he probably couldn't process anything except the pain right now.

Then, before she had time to decide what to do to him next, ropes were snaking out of the floorboards and up Caelani's legs. She'd heard someone shout a binding charm, but she had assumed it was for someone other than herself. It wasn't the first time her conceit had got her into trouble.

"Diffindo, diffindo."

She repeated the incantation over and over, severing each rope as it appeared. However, more just kept coming. She had to get away from here. Calli dashed up the stairs to the second floor.

Vincent suddenly sppeared at the second floor, bleeding and totally exhausted. Every step was difficult. He shouldn't have came here in the first place, with his fever and sickness. But he had to make sure the battle would go well. It was his plan, and the Death Eaters might of messed it all up. Now it seemed like he needed them to finish it off. "Jennifer, Thaorson and Caelani," he called. "To the second floor." They could continue the duel with Jess, no doubt they would be more than enough. Turning, Vincent left the battle.
