"I said Hagrid is sick so we have to take his place this time." mariana said all wet trembeling from the ice rain putting last 2 first years in the boat."Come on jump in your boats prefects if you don't wanna stay here for all eternity." she said waiting to everyone jump into boats so they can go across the lake giving them fire torches.

"Oh, my bad luck," Sue said getting angry and making a face, "Oh come on now, into the boat firsties," she said to the First Years and jumping in the boat, "Oh wait, I dunno how to sail, you know?" she asked a first year boy and he shook his head. "ooh, we need to wait then for someone," Sue moaned helplessly.

The boat Ginevra was in was already half way across the lake as she continued to help the others paddle.

Sue was waiting when suddenly a Slytherin girl spoke up to tell that she could paddle. Sue took her to the boat and helped her paddling, and soon they reached the land in front tof the Castle, "Cool, we should get in i think," she told to her fellow slytherins.

Jess is begining to get sick of paddling when he ahs an idea. He pulls out his wand and casts a charm on the oars so that they paddle themselves. " Everyone you can just do it by magic" Jess shouts through the rain.

Sue walks in the Hall and waits for her students to enter. "Ok, stay here till, Pf. McGonagall comes here and instructs you, and um, hope you all are sorted in Slytherin," she said with a smile and went off in her Slytherin table to sit with her fellow mates.

Jess arrives at the other side of the lake and sees Hagrid satnding there waiting. Hagrid says he got better myterioulsy after the boats arrived.

Mariana had to charm 10 boats so they go by themselves and five minutes later she got on other side along with rest of first year's."Wait here!I'm gonna chack when you can enter!" she said hurrying to Prof. McGonagall leaving wet firsties on the door.

Once the boats were at shore Ginevra jumped out of the boat, still soaking wet.

Ginerva was one of the kid's with Slash. "Come now guys follow me!" He said over the rain herding the first years like Sheep.
