What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Name and Type of Shop: The Source (this is subject to change)
Location: The shop is located in a wood at the edge of Hogsmeade
Items & Price: The price that a customer must pay for a particular prediction depends on the difficulty of the method that Nemo uses in order to do so. This is up to the customer, as Nemo asks towards the beginning of each session what type of reading that person prefers. The more difficult the method, the more thorough the prediction.

Simple:
Crystallomancy (the use of a crystal ball) | 1 Galleon
Tasseography (the use of tea leaves) | 1 Galleon
Cartomancy (the use of tarot cards) | 1 Galleon

Mild Difficulty:
Palmistry (palm reading) | 2 Galleons
Astromancy (reading the stars) | 2 Galleons
Oneiromancy (the determination of the meanings behind particular dreams) | 2 Galleons

Complex:
Clairvoyance (inner sight, or a spiritual examination) | 5 Galleons
Extispicy (the examination of animal entrails. this requires a meticulous ceremony) | 5 Galleonss

ok, wait. the guidelines for opening a shop calls for either 5 catagories or 5 items. each catagory or item has to be priced the same. maybe you could group them into no more than 5 catagories? there are soooo many different methods of fortune telling that i would think you could find a way to do this. can you give this another go please? thanks.

not necessarily. perhaps you want one catagory w/ boards and cards, one with stones or crystals or other natural items, one with reading "body parts" etc....and then, figuratively, your list could well be endless. ROFL. You are only limited by your imagination. The only time i really have an issue w/ a store's list is if they give me like 12 catagories, with a bezillion items in each. Thats why we ask for only 5 catagories or five items. Most store owners prefer catagories as to simply 5 items. Clear as mud?
