The Double Trouble Duo

Lily glanced at the clock, wondering whether it was running fast. If it was then Lysander was offically late. He knew she was an impatient kind of person and was probably doing this on purpose she figured. Still, didn't make it any less frustrating for her. He was her best friend and a pain in the behind at the same time. Along with Hugo, the trio tended to be compared to Lily's father and Hugo's parents trio when they were back in school.

Lily could see the similarities. There were three of them, she was the only girl and there was a Potter and a Weasley in the group. Still Lily found this comparision a little far fetched. They didn't spend their time in life threatening situations all that often. But either way, she knew that being compared in any way to her father meant more to her than she'd tell any one.

Lily glanced at her cat, St. Muffin, who gave her a look that he usually did. As though he was bored with her. She flicked him on the ear and he purred. Stupid cat.
