Try to Relax

Nikki listened to her sister and gulped. She watched her walk away before she had a chance to explain. Nikki blinked and felt tears roll down her cheek. She watched them and sighed to herself. She walked over where she left her heavy carryon bag and used her vampire ability to run very quickly, away from them all, away from the Forest of Dean. She just couldn't believe that Sophia wouldn't even let her say anything and told her she was being stuck up and rude - and if Sophia acted the same way towards Andrian, why did she tell Nikki off like that? Well, it was for the best, if Nikki wasn't there then, they seemed to be better without her in their lives and in their way of happiness.

Andrew watched as Nikki ran. What just happened? He turned towards Sophia and then asked "What happened? She looked upset." He looked back where Nikki had run away and then sighed. One less person he figured. He turned to the others and said. "Alright well you guys may want to make sure she's alright." He walked over to the tree line and then said "May as well go."

"NIKKI!"Sophia shouted as she took off after her sister running through the forest at vampire speed. As she ran through the forest she found no sight of her little sister and sighed and ran back towards the others. "I don't know where she went, she no where around the forest I looked."said Sophia sighing as she ran her hands through her jet black hair. "This is all my fault she left, I came down to hard on her."said Sophia softly as she sighed.

"NIKKI, WAIT!" Andrian called out to her as he tried to run after her with Sophia but stop because they were both going too quick for him. He swore underneath his breath and kicked the tree beside him, clutching a handful of hair behind his head with his hands. Then he started to walk back, angrily and sat down in silence on a stump and waiting for Sophia to come back. It was his fault, for not finding time to hang out with his friends and family. He didn't want to lose them, they mean't everything to him and he never mean't to make them think he didn't want to see them again. A few minute later he heard Sophia coming back and quickly rosed from the stump to look at her. "No, it not your fault. It's mine," he told her, sighing with frustration and hugged her for comfort then pulled away from her to look at the others. "You guys go without me, i'll catch up," he told them. "I'll go find her."

Sophia nodded. "Ok Andrian be careful and be safe ok?"Sophia asked him softly as she ave him a hug in return. "If your not back by dark, I'm going looking for you ok?" said Sophia softly as she let go of him. "Just find her and bring her back."said Sophia softly as she sat down a tree stump and ran her hands through her hair. Sophia was worried about her little sister, what if she gotten lost in the woods and couldn't find her way out? Sophia closed her eyes for a minute and hopedd that wasn't the case.

Andrew didn't want to get involved in the situation. He hadn't known any one of them well and he didn't want to make things worse between all of them. He stood there in silence and watched as they both worried and said they were going to save Nikki. Nikki is a vampire, he thought trying to assure himself she would be alright she's got superhuman strength and speed. She can handle herself. He didn't know if that was a horrible thing to think, but it was true. All Andrew could say was "I'm sorry,"

Nerissa, being tired from staying up all night caring for her beloved plant, had fallen into a state of drowsiness to the point where she had stared off for a moment and hadn’t moved from the spot, silent and unhearing she sat there, blinking slowly and breathing when necessary- or, at least until she heard someone shout another’s name. She stirred as if she had been sleeping, snapping her head in the direction of the ruckus, “Nikki is missing?” she asked, sounding rather unintelligent without meaning to.

"No," he said softly "she ran away and they're going to go find her." He didn't know if he wanted to help. After all, they were all vampires, and Andrian a werewolf, so he would just slow them down if he got lost. He turned his head towards Nerissa and said "Let's go. Andrian will be back soon." He then started off towards the lake, waiting for Nerissa and the others at the treeline.

With a nod of her head Nerissa pushed herself up off of the ground and, grabbing her pack and slinging it around her shoulder, she headed forward, only stopping when she was beside Andrew. She smiled, looking up at the trees that towered above her; she had never before seen such a tall plant, and she enjoyed seeing such a strong plant living healthily after spending so much time around small, fragile plants. She imagined if any birds had made nests in its branches, being so tall that would have been quite the task to carry one twig after the next to the large tree.

Andrew smiled as Nerissa walked over to him notcing that she was enjoying seeing the plants. "Alright let's go," he said and then walking down towards the lake, which seemed very large from far away, but when he walked closer and closer to it, it looked smaller. That was a first. He turned around and waited for Nerissa to arrive. He didn't know if she was still scared of the lake, but if she was, then he would just go hiking then.
