Battle for the Minsitry! (DEs,OotP, and Ministry)

Jess grinned and looked to his right, "G'day mate," he said with a grin before looking at the Death Eater who'd attacked him. "Why hullo there, Jess Potter's the name, ad finishing, is my game," ((The game )) he shouted, pointing his wand at the attacker. "Impedimenta," he yelled, not waiting for the spell to hit, before sending off another. "Tarantangulla," he yelled, watching the jet of light fly towards him

Thomas laughed as he dodged the Impedimenta's and blocked the Tarantangulla spell. "Oh the more the Marrier!! And another Potter!" he said. He grinned evily, "Oh yes I know about you Andrian!" he said smirking. "Secumsempra!" he yelled aiming for Andrian. "Gladius!" he yelled aiming for Jess!!

A slashing motion which sends a streak of purple flames. If hits, it causes serious injury.

Andrian smirked at Jess when he caught Jess grinning, happily at him. Happy to see his own brother here to fight side by side like two brothers should. "Long time no see," he grinned before finally looking away from him to focus on the battle. "Protego!" he roared blocking another Sectusempra curse that the death eater has caused. "Seriously, is that the only spell Death Eaters ever think off," growled Andrian waving his wand back at him and shouted. "Bombarda Maxima," poiting his wand to the roof and hopefully one of the tiles would fall on top of him.

Jess chuckled and sidestepped out of the way of the spell. "Oh, come, on," He said with a roll of the eyes and a grin. "Is that all you've got to offer?" he asked before turning serious. "Bombarda maxima!" He shouted, blowing a segment of the ceiling lose, and sending it plummeting to thomas. "Stupefy!" He added, sending the red jet of light at him

Thomas blocked the spell but was burried under the rubble. He was in the darkness and his wand was still in his hand thank god. He laughed, well what sound he could do under the rubble. "Expulso!" he yelled making the pile of rubble explode in all directions. Thomas looked mad now, his hair was messed up, yet he still looked like the hair he had stolen. His clothes were ripped in placed and he was angry. He laughed very loudly and evily, "It's going to take alot more than that to stop me..." he said. "Confringo!" he said. He would make the floor they were standing on blow up.

Andrian slowly approched the piles of debris which was now on top of the death eater but only to find that he had merged from the rubble, standing there like a big bear standing on his leg out of the shadow trying to scare away predators; he then grunted with pain as a piece of rock smashed across his face causing him to stumble over a bit and place his hand on the cut the rock had caused. He looked around quickly, the death eater looked mad and angrier, a chill ran down his back as he heard the loud evil laughter that escaped from the mad death eaters lips. "Expelli-" he gasped after being blasted by the explosion of the floor which sent him spinning in the air and sliding across the floor as soon as he touched the ground.

Jess flew backwards from the force of the spell and hit the wall with a resounding thud, before having a few chunks of debris hit him. He snarled and pushed the few chunks that were on him off and ran forward. Well, he was a bit of a mess, with more than a few cuts on his face, and his robes tattered. "Expulso," he shouted, hoping to blast this pest away, b*tch ruined his robes he did... "Expelliarmus," he added

Thomas deflected the Spells moving forward towards them. There was one rule with him, if you wanted to not get beaten half to death. You NEVER pissed Thomas off. "You guys are really getting on my nerves!" he said angrily. "Why won't you just die!?!?!" he yelled angrily. "Depremo!" he yelled aiming for Jess.

"Protego," jess cried out, grinning once more at Thomas. "Because," he said, "I'm a potter," he told him, winking to Andrian and pointing his wand at Thomas. "Avada Kedavra!" He shouted, sending a jet of green towards thomas. "Stupefy," he added, in case his first spell missed

OoC:What happened to spells that cause bodily harm?

Thomas dodged the killing curse and felt the Stupefy hit him. He was caught of gaurd and sent backwards a bit. A minute later he got back up and shook off the after effect. "Being a Potter isn't a good enough reason!" he yelled back. "Besides, there's more the reason to kill you!" He yelled at him. "Duro!" he yelled aiming for Jess. "Expulso!" he yelled for an added effect.
