waiting for babies

Jess had been awake fr sevaral minets as she heard some one moveing around but she just lay feeling the turning and bubaling that came from inside her several times she giggled at the feeling that came from them. soon she sighed at t smell of coffee drifting up from below, slipping on her dressing gown sahe left it open as it didn't quiet streach around her belly. slipping on her slipprs she headed slowly for the door and own the steps to the kitchen where she saw Khaat already up and drinking coffee.
"Morning Khaat" she said her hand reatching for the coffe pot but then she stopped taking orange jiuce instead of coffe knowing she would feel btter after a glass of that than the coffee "how are you feeling this morning?" she asked noticing a slight off look to her.

"I'm okay, I guess, " Khaat said. "I found out all my kids have plans elsewhere for the weekend. And Robert's busy. So I guess I either come up here with you all, or stay home alone this weekend. I opted not to do that. I opted to bring the cats and Archangel and come up here instead." She sat at the kitchen table and found the chairs to be not nearly as comfortable as they were last night. She realized she just felt tired and achy everywhere. "I think I'm having my first off day being pregnant," she laughed gently at Jess.

Jess smiled and sat next to her "I hate to say, you'd better get use to them, as you get bigger you'll feel it more , try a cushion behind your back that might help did with me when i was carrying andrew" she said sipping her juice " ow when you sleep put a pillow under your belly takes the weight off it " she smiled sitting back in th chair "you'll find your own way to get comfotable or the baby will tell you" she shifted on the seat her self "see your not the only one uncomfotable , come on lets sit in the living room " she said put ing down her glass then used the table to stand up turning she picked up her orange juice and turned to Khaat "be glad you can still see your toes I lost mine two days ago, ow if i get any bigger i'll need my own zip code" she joked smiling to her "I have to pick up my dress today but i know your father won't let me go in alone, so i am kinda stuck"

"Don't worry about that," Khaat said, taking her coffee and going with Jess, "My mother is going to do that today. Not to worry." She sat down on the sofa as her father came in. He walked over to Khaat, picked up her cup, checked it and found coffee in it and frowned at her. "No more coffee for you for about 8 months," he said, carrying the cup away. "I just know he's going to come back with some blasted cup of tea," Khaat sighed. "It's going to be a long 8 months."

Jess watched Robert walk in and take Khaats cup away "ow yeah thats another thing forgot to mention, coffee makes you pee more, and i mean lots more" she chuckled "not to mention the caffine, though i was told theres more in tea than coffee. " she sipped her orange juice glad she had chose it instead of what she realy wanted coffee "God i miss coffee, sdomtimes i fell like if i drink any more i'll turn orange." she laughed "ok so the dress is being picked up , what about your dress?" she asked taking a deep breath as she felt one of the babies kick out "come on give me a break" she said smiling as it stopped "thank you" she chuckled to herself "sorry one decided to play foot ball with my ribs " she sat looking at Khaat she rembered how she was during her first pregnacy , scared whitless she was proud Khaat was being so calm even though this was her first twin pregnacy it still scared her alittle not as much as it had now she was under Roberts care but still it was there

ooc: i was about to let robert talk about his pregnancy! lol.. i think i got it right this time.

"Well, Daddy knows I'm a coffee addict. he's been wanting me to change that for years. This just give him extra leverage to harrass me about it," Khaat smiled. "I heard that," Robert called from the kitchen. That made Khaat laugh. He came in, carrying a cup of herb tea. "There. You can have that," He handed her the cup. "This is NOT the same," Khaat sighed. "Can't I at least have one cup in the mornings?" "I'll think about it," he said, turning and walking off. Khaat shook her head, laughing, "He is one very stubborn Lupin."

Jessica cuckled as Robert gave her the herbal tea "I totaly under stand and s soon as these to are out and in the world i am so having a large mug of coffee, I m so putting it on the list of wants " she said cringing as she drank her orange juice, "so whats it like ?" she asked "I have been told its nice" she grinned knowing how Khaat wanted her coffee and knowing she so could not have it.

She saw out the corner of her eye a movement and grinned widly as Jack walked threw the door with Andrew beside him, as soon as he saw her he let go and ran over "hey big boy " she said holding him in a hug "wish i could lift you up but my lap is taken "she said he looked at her belly and smiled "baba" he said taping it "thats right , she sighed as Jack lent down and kissed her "now thats a good morning i could get use to" she grined.

Jack tunred to Khaat nd smild "morning Khaat , unushual to see you this early wth tea, your normally drinking coffee , ooph" he felt a sharp elbow in his ribs as he looked down at jessica.

"Roberts banned her from it" she said biting her lip , jack looked slowy back up at Khaat "dose he know how bad you get with out it?" he said

"No, but he's going to find out that Remus being a werewolf wasnt' the only transition he may see in this house," Khaat laughed. She glared at the tea, "I know its very tasty tea, but it just isn't coffee. I'm going to swear off tea for life after this." "No you won't either," Robert said, coming in," Drink it. Don't just swirl it around in your cup like you always do, trying to make me think you're drinking it.' "Ok, ok, I'm drinking," Khaat sighed.

She managed her cup of tea while Katherine fixed breakfast. When Katherine called everyone to the table, Robert asked her to refill Khaat's tea mug. Katherine took the mug, refilled it and brought it back, kissing Khaat's cheek softly. Khaat looked down and saw her mother had refilled the cup with blessed coffee--sneaking it to her. Khaat noticed her father pouring his own coffee, and Khaat just smiled softly at her mother and managed to wipe the grin off her face before her father came to the table.

Jack saw the smile and knew exactly what that ment and he noded in return. Moving to face jessica he held out his hands for er to take as he helped her stand from the chair she sat in. With his arma round her he walked her to the table.

Jessica sat down feeling a little uncomfotable this morning but she knew the further she got the more uncomfotable she would become and as such needed to get use to it, her back ached a litte and she knew she would have to go back to bed soon. Sighing she shifted once more on her seat before decidng she could take it no more "I'm sorrry i have to rest" she said using the table and jack to stand she walked back to her room to sit on the bed.

Jack watched her unable to sit comfortable , he frowned but out of concern , glancing at Robert but was brought back to Jessca when she said she had to rest watching hr stand ne now looked at all concerned it was not like her to want to rest . He walked with her up to her room wher he sat next to her his hand now rubbing her back slowly "I'll see if robert can bring you somthing" he said kissing her he headed back down.

Jess sighed as she rsted in bed she hated being unable to move but she knew to be able to walk down the isle she had to "accio book" she said and a book appeared in her hand , turning to the first page she sighed and started to read till she slowly drifted off to sleep. the book falling to the floor from her hand
