Why not go back to the old way where leaders were actually leaders? The admins are meant to maintain the site behind the scenes, make sure everything it working, make it look more appealing, be strict on the rules, they're not meant to tell people exactly how they have to RP, and what they have to do, just a thought.
Anyway, those are my ideas, i'll start the election now if no one oposes, and everything will be sorted
