Walking a thin line

Oded apparated onto the rooftop that Tristan and Ne'Os were on, appearing by Tristan's side. He pointed his wand at Ne'Os and shouts, "Everte Statum."

"Protego" said Ne'Os blocking the spell and sighing he stood and walked so Tristan and Oded where infront of him. "Do take care of your companion first he is most in pain" he said bordly hoping Oded would open himself up for attack.

Oded simply stared at him blankly watchin Ne'Os carefully knowing not to open himself for an attack.

Ne'Os smiled "Your very foolish not to help your friend" he said raising the elder wand and thinking, Avada kadavra. A green jet of light shot from his wand illuminating Ne'Os's front in a green glow as it apeared.

Oded dodged the attack, "Avada Kadavra!" He shouted pointing it at him then grabbing Tristan and apparating off the rooftop.

Ne'Os dodged the spell watching it hit a building behind him and making it burst into flames. he took a deep breath and yelled "You cowerdly aurors you cant handel a child like me" he said his voice echoing around the area. He sighed and jumped form the roof. A few people had gathered on the street watching hte lightso n the roof. Ne'Os smiled and bared his fangs a all but one of the people fled. This muggle drew a wooden stake. Ne'Os sighed and flicked his wand the stake flew infront of Ne'Os were it floated gently. Ne'Os smiled again and said "Oppungo" the stake turned so the pointed end was faceing the muggle it then shot forward and landing with a sickening crunch. The muggle fell to his knees. Ne'Os stepped forward leaned next to the man and drove his Diamond hard fangs into his soft neck. Ne'Os then proceeded to drink the iron tasteing blood of the muggle.

"It took you long enough Oded." Tristan said when they appeared in an apartment building ten blocks away. "That stupid vamp used the bloody crusiatis*sp* curse on me."

"You should have been expecting something like that Tristan. I'm not gonna always be around to back you up." Oded said looking at Tristan seriously. "Besides how did you get hurt by a kid?"
