He laughed at the "naughty list" retort and grinned when she said if he needed a sidekick to call her. "No troubles there, I know you. You'd love to do that" he said. He managed to salvage the last of his coffee and looked at his watch. "I should get home soon, I don't know who'll feed Jason..." he said.

"Jason's my dog" he said grinning. "He's a great companion and knows almost every trick in the book" he smiled at her. "I love him to death!"

That made Khaat laugh warmly. "I know what you mean. I have two muggle cats. One is a really big orange tabby named Mo. The other is a white muggle cat named Max. And my 'owl', such as he is, is a huge male bald eaggle named Archangel. They're all very spoiled. Especially Archangel. I don't know what I would do without them. I make homemade chicken treats for the cats--they're sort of like little crackers. The next time I make some, I'll cut some a bit bigger and send them to you for Jason."

"James is also incredibly spoiled" he said grinning. "He gets his own room, his own little bowls for food and water. Not to mention the treats he gets" he said laughing. "He's just incredibly smart..."

"I'll have to meet him sometime. You know my parents still have that farm in Cornwall. My mother specializes the caring for magical creatures. Oh, there are a fair share of muggle creatures,too, but not every farm has a pair of hyppogryffs and a pair of unicorns, some pygmy puffs, and, well, you get the idea" Khaat laughed. Your dog would have an endless safe place to run and play up there. Let me know if you have a free day and want to take him out for the day to be spoiled just a little extra."

Dane smiled at her. "Thanks Khaat, I'll bring him out sometime" he said. He looked down at his watch and yawned. It was almost time for his nighttime coffee. Yes, he was obsessed with coffee. He just had a certain brand at home that tasted much better being made through the actual coffee maker. Not with magic, "I'll have to visit you guys one of these days" he added

"I wish you would. I'd like that--a lot. I try to go there on weekends. I'm finding my teenagers have better places to be on Saturdays and Sundays than home with Mom. Well, I'm only legally Mom to one of them, but the others are just as independent or more so. So, I go up and spend the weekend up there on the farm. I don't mind having a little grown up time. Sometimes I just don't get nearly enough of it, to be totally honest."

Dane chuckled at what she was saying. "I always have grown up time" he said grinning. "Only its just whenever I don't want it" he said chuckling. "If you haven't noticed, as much of an adult that I am. I'm also a child as well" he laughed. "But still I'll have to go up there soon..it just can't be a day I have a show. I have..somewhat of a ritual." he said smiling at her
