A long awaited visit.

Topher noticed a wince, but he didn't say anything. He figured he would just embarrass her and make her feel worse then she already probably did. He didn't want to do that. Not to Gin. "Yes." Topher said in agreement. "This is true." He was out of words. Not sure what to say. So he chose not to say, and let Gin to the talking.

Ginevra was glad that he didn't say a thing, as explaining this would be hard and awkward- people tended to worry when they saw scars like hers looking fresh, when they weren't. "Not glad of that?" she teased, snickering as she could tell that he didn't have too much to say at the moment.

Topher wasn't sure what to say. He laughed lightly but that was about it. "So..." he said. "I am kind of out of ideas for topics." he said slightly embarrassed. "Do you by chance have any ideas?" he asked.

Not disappointed at the fact that he was flat out of what to say, she had her own idea and the brightness of her eyes should show you that, since she was allowing her emotions to be free, instead of rained in by her. "If you get up, I can show you what i'm thinking." she told him, a michevous look on her face as she smiled almost innocently. She was contridcting herself with the looks on purpose, judging to see what he would do with her request.

"Alrighty then." Topher said. He started to get up. He trusted Gin with everything, and he never once doubted her. He felt safe with her, that she would never do anything to hurt him. He was actually kind of excited to see what it would be she would show him, Gin was, after all, a very interesting person.

At the sight of Topher getting up, she had to say that she was ready to actually 'pump this party up' some more, and make it less lively than it was. Reaching her hands out towards him, she made it slow at first and then extended them and softly pushed Topher into the water. She had made sure she was standing just close enough so he would indeed land in it, and with that, she snickered loudly.

Topher would have normally been surprised with someone doing that to him, but it was indeed Ginerva Malenki he was with. Yes it was cold, and indeed caught him a bit off guard, but he wasn't surprised. "You...you....!" he said through chattering teeth. He figured if he swam around for a bit he would warm up, so he took off his jacket and jeans, and swam in his boxers and t-shirt. The heavier clothes would weigh him down too much. "You wanna join?" he asked grinning.

Ginevra snickered quite a lot still, and not just right after he.. fell in. Because of course he had to have fallen in- there was no way she would have pushed him. No. Never. Ha! Ginevra was getting quite amused out of this. Seeing him strip down, she couldn't help but calm herself and just smile, totally comfortable with it since they were close, and she didn't find it weird for guys to have no pants on. People who did care were mostly just immature still and couldn't adapt to what was male. "Me.. me! she mocked, her mouth open in shock that was obviously also mocking him. Looking at the water, she was well aware that it would be cold; Topher was chattering his teeth, after all. Taking her wand, she waved it over herself and placed a heating charm over her body, waving it towards Topher so that it did the same for him. After that, Ginevra lifted the hem of her shirt and pulled it over her head, throwing it to the ground and placing her wand on top of it before slipping her shoes, socks and pants with it. She was comfortable like this around him, but if he objected she would add more weight. Canon balling right into the water, she landed next to him. "No way I could miss out on this! she told him, winking.

"Thanks for the warming charm." Topher said. It really was great. The swim was so much more enjoyable. Ginerva in her undergarments didn't really get to him. It wasn't that big of a deal to him. He felt comfortable around her. "So..." Topher said. "Is this what you do to every guy you bring to the lake? Trick them into swimming in the cold?" he asked smiling. He was only teasing.

Ginevra rolled her eyes playfully at Topher. "Every single one." she told him, exaggerating so that he would know that she was clearly kidding. Though it would be fun, she didn't have many friends and therefore wasn't even around the lake with others very often. People came and thent hey went, not always a word being exchanged in that time period."And if i'm correct, it's no longer cold for you." grinning widely, she was being a smart-ass.
