Cosette was having a very off day. She decided to listen to them talk, as the Professor appeared not to have heard her question. Instead of bringing it up again, she followed James' lead, and began writing out notes on the topic.

Gabrielle listened as the 2 students answered the question. "Yes that is correct.That's 5 points for Gryffindor and Slytherin." she said noting it down so she could add it later to hourglass. "Now who's up for a little demonstration?" she asked drawing her wand from her pocket and stepping in front of her desk.

Hafiz stood up and smiled to her "May I professor?" . He always love to use spells. Especially when he had a chance to a professor. Not everyone can have that chance. Although he like to do it, but he never had an intention to hurt the professor.

James smiled. he usually had a dark sense of Humor, but the Slytherin boy taking a full-on stupefy? That was just kissing up to the professor. He blurted out one more additional piece of information; "Stupefy is also one of the few 'good' spells that can EASILY be reflected by the simplest Shielding Charm."

"Yes that;s correct aswell.5 points to Rawenclaw." Gabrielle said noting it down before she turned to only volonteer. "Mister Diggory if you will please?" she said making her way towards front of her desk waiting for Hafiz to stand up and come face her.

Cosette decided that this class was going to be impossibly hard for her. She was never good at DADA, since she's not the bravest person in the world (hence the Hufflepuff thing). Also, she didn't really like dueling, like her friends did. She watched as the Slytherin boy offered, and looked at him skeptically as he stood. She was in a bad mood, so she figured she'd at least give the guy some credit - he answered the questions before she could even process them. She really was better in writing..

Hafiz stood up and went infront. His wand at the ready and waiting for the professor to give him the signal. "Im ready when you are, Professor", he smiled to the professor.

"I am just going to knock you down.Don't point the spell in the chest and much less in the head.I don't want any incidents." she told to the class intending to repeat this once it is needed.She pointed her wand at Hafiz's legs clearing her throat. "Stupefy!" she said loud and clear knowing that Hafiz is gonna fall unconcious though she was ready for everything.
