Quiditch try-outs

"I'll throw it and you point it at that statue over there." Mariana said showing Abbey the statue which hand crossed hands and a whole big enough for a bludger to pass.She threw a bludger not too high from Abbey and waited to see what will Abbey do.

When Mariana threw the bludger towards Abbey she got prepared. She planted her feet firmly on the ground and waited for it to come towards her. The bludger finally reached Abbey. She swuny the bat around and hit the bludger with as much force as she could. Abbey heard a small 'crack' as the bludger made contact with the ball. Abbey had made sure to aim towards the statue Mariana had pointed at, so she crossed her fingers and watched the bludger soar through the air. Abbey cupped her hands over her eyes to see better. She watched as the bludger soared through the air and went through the hole in the statue.. "How was that?" Abbey asked, turning to Mariana.

Mariana looked up as Abbey threw the bludger through the hole in the statue.She was honestly impressed. "That was pretty good Abbey.Though when you beat a bludger in the air it's more difficult." Mariana said picking Abbey's broom from the ground. "Here take it and show me your skills in air." she said giving Abbey her broom and waiting for her to take off. "Don't go out of my sight yet please." she added quickly as she muttered few words and bludger came flying in big speed back.She caught it and held it with a big effort.

Abbey mounted her broom and pushed-up into the air. She flew around in the air a couple of times, making sure she got used to being back on her broom. Abbey looked down and waited for Mariana to throw the Bludger again.

Louis walked into the stadium. "Is it too late to try out"he asked his broom
in his hand. His lucky Pendant on.

Jacob who was wearing his gryffindor robes and held his nimbus 2002 walked over to where most people were. "I signed up..and got in..I have to try-out as well?" Jacob asked, reluctantly.
