What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Samantha had been sitting on the couch in front of the fire getting an early start on her studying. She had been sitting there for a while, every once in a while looking out for trouble makers, since she was now a prefect. She loved the fact that someone out there had enough trust in her to make sure that the little ones where acting properly. For this she prided her self on. She smiled at thinking about this as she sat on the couch in front of the fire getting an early start on her studying.

Izzy crashed into the common room, screaming manically. She had encountered a prefect in the hallways, and since she wasn't allowed around after dark, he had tried to deduct housepoints. However, Izzy had convinced him that she was sleepwalking and had left with no housepoints deducted before running into a moving suit of armor. After getting over the initial shock, Izzy had run screaming back to the common room, without stopping to think that there may be another prefect there. Uh oh, she thought, as soon as she spotted Samantha. She tried to duck back out of the door and hoped her screaming hadn't been that loud.

Samantha had been studying quitely when she was suddenly and rudely interupted by this screaming girl. Obviously she had been frightened by something. But when Samantha turned her head towards the entrance she didn't see anyone. Samantha could have sworn that she had heard someone and saw the entrance open and close. So Samantha got up and started looking around the room for the person. Samantha then realized what she could do. Samantha got out her wand, made a couple of circules in the air and thought of a spell. This spell would make anyone around that was hiding glow. It would only take a second for it to work. Then Samantha could finally find out what was going on.

As soon as Izzy left the common room she cursed herself for being so stupid. If Samantha had heard her she would find her anyway. There were spells for that sort of thing. Izzy walked back in just in time to see Samantha make a couple of circles in the air and use a spell. 'I'm here, I'm here!' She said, hoping the spell wasn't very strong. 'I was just looking for my cat. Not my fault a suit of armor decided to pick that exact second to move. And since when did suits of armor move anyway?' Izzy was getting slightly defensive. She knew she was going to get in trouble, but she wouldn't have been walking around in the first place if Meddi hadn't run off. Ok, maybe Meddi was a convenient excuse but it really was the suit of armor's fault!

Samantha had just finished the spell when the person who had made the noise had come forward. After the girl had finished talking, Samantha could tell that she was being defensive and didn't want to get into trouble. Samantha could also tell by the scream that the girl had given earlyer that something had truely scared her, and there was a couple of moving armers in the hallway. "It's ok, your not in trouble just don't let it happen again. Go on to bed now." Samantha said feeling the power of the perfect behind her words. It felt good to have some power for once. The last thing that Samantha wanted was to take points away from her own house just because some girl came in alittle bit late. Samantha then went back to her seat and sat down.

Izzy frowned. She didn't like being told what to do, especially by bossy prefects no older than herself. 'Okay,' she said but just flopped down onto the couch instead. She waved her wand and summoned some sweets. She watched the fire blazing as she ate them.

As Samantha sits down on the couch near the fire, she hears the girl sitting down in a chair instead of heading up to bed. Samantha thinks to herself, 'whatever as long as she isn't doing anything bad'. Samantha then brings her studying back up and continues to study. After a few minutes she feels one of the babies kick. Samantha makes a "Umph!" sound from the pain of them kicking her.

Izzy was starting to doze off when she heard Samantha make a sound. She sounded in pain. Izzy sat up quickly. 'Are you okay?' She was worried about her, even though she was a prefect and Izzy didn't like prefects.

This girl who had just come in was concerned for Samantha as she felt the little ones inside of her kick and move. "Oh, yeah I'm fine. Thank you." Samantha said to her making sure the girl knew that she was ok. "It's just my little ones. They have a lot of fight in them. I can't wait till I can meet them." Samantha said with pleasure in her voice.

Izzy scrunched up her face confusedly. 'Your little ones?.... You mean you're pregnant?!' Izzy was surprised to say the least. She didn't approve of teenage pregnancies as a rule... but it mostly depends on the type of person for her. She waited to see if the girl would confirm what she said.
