Frazier is very, very, very romantic. He has this one string of hair that never stays out of his face. So he flicks it a lot. He really knows how to make people laugh, though he is terrible at, like, catch phrases. He is very modern, too. Obsessed in muggle technology. He is also very independent and patient.

Background:

Frazier was a home birth, his dad is very skilled at magic and they didn't need a healer. He's always felt most comfterable at home, since he as born there. So he feels really excellent at Hogwarts. He spent a lot of time at classes, but only got top grades in Muggle Studies. So here he is now.
